    Awesome video. I have been on clean keto with IF for about a year having moved from the SAD diet and it works for me. I agree with all 7! It would be nice if avoiding seed oils was rule number 8. I guess they still have a lot of advocates.

    I'm 14, and I've been trying to start working out seriously. I know everyone says diet is the most important thing, but is it okay if I just eat whatever my Mom cooks? I wanna work out seriously, but I'm not going to refuse what my Mom cooks because its not optimal for my workout plan.

    When's the Super Fuel coming back in stock?

    • @Fitfatherproject

      Apologies brother as we hit a manufacturing snafu and it may be a few weeks. Frustrating for all of us but the good news is that you can head over to our FMP store and purchase there. It's the exact same formulation, just marketed and labeled for women. Apologies once again.

    How do you eat If you have IBS

      Eat what doesn’t cause it to happen. My main cause of horrible ibs was chocolate. So I switched to dark chocolate.

    So is fruit shakes healthy or full of sugar that makes you gain weight

    • @andrewkennedy2696

      @jessealihughes Use organic fruit when possible. And blend well, not juicing. Blending preserves the fiber which in turn prevents a sugar/insulin spike. Also the fruit is not a processed sugar. Even so.... moderation is important.

    • @TimmyTurner421

      The answer is "it depends" .. you need to specify your question .. which fruits, how much of them per shake and how frequently. Drinking the equivalent of 10 apples probably not healthy

    • @Fitfatherproject

      You can absolutely add some fruit, given it provides solid nutrition without spiking your blood sugar too much. We are fans of organic berries or green tip bananas (for some solid resistant starch/fiber). The equivalent of 1/2 to 1c is a good place to be.
      Best of luck!

    Dr. Anthony. Just a quick question and an "important" one: is raw sugar good for health ? (i.e. I would occasionally add 1 sachet of raw sugar into my Long Black - black coffee without any milk or added sugar) ? Thank you, Dr. Anthony.

    • @Fitfatherproject

      Great question! However, sugar is sugar, no matter the form so even though products are marketed as healthier, it doesn't necessarily make it so. A little here and there in moderation will probably be fine but stay vigilant from all the marketing gimmicks and you will be just fine.

      @@Fitfatherproject Dr. Anthony, I cannot thank you enough. Thank you for straightening out my thought. I will immediately & wholeheartedly avoid and drop raw sugar from my daily dietary intake from today onward. 🙏
