Minthara is the perfect example of being crazier than insanity itself. Astarion may be mischievous but she is straight up ready to become evil for her love. So wholesome 😂
Minthara has always been purely evil. You clearly don't understand the d&d alignment system. Evil is capable of a full range of emotions. They can compartmentalize (provided above average INT and/or WIS) and treat some well and others badly. They need allies and can form friendships and romantic relationships, just as the other alignments.

She's a drow female, slightly less misandristic then regular but still. Being neutral evil is actually common alignment among the race. Given that vampires are also that alignment, she and astarion are literally couple made in roleplay heaven.
I killed minthara instantly in the Goblin camp, right after i slaughtered the entire goblin camp and the other 2 leaders.. No chance of going back now.. but an evil playthrough would be fun
