My goal - my mission in life - has always been to inspire people to be brave, follow their passion, open their minds and discover the kindness of other people and cultures.
#oman #salalah #salalahtour #omanfood
Actually, your videos changed my views about Arabic countries .
Aww your comment made my day! That’s the purpose of my channel - open minds, change views about people and cultures
I hope you don't listen to the fake Western News Channels or gossips...Arabs are normal people like everywhere
Oman is the Switzerland of the Middle East
Glad u liked our country!❤
I love it!
Great vlog, very simple yet interesting, the way you explain and interact with people makes it even better "you're very friendly", thanks for showing Oman, hope you're having a good time here, subscribed and waiting for more content.
Thank you! 😃 I’m glad you enjoyed it. I’ll be back to Oman soon so I’ll shoot new videos from there during khareef inshallah
I made the big mistake of clicking on this link, so many fond memories of Oman, also Bahrain, the U.A.E. and the others.
Iran is also a special country with warm, hospitable people like it is in the Gulf. 🇸🇦🇧🇭🇮🇷🇦🇪🇴🇲🇶🇦
Gulf countries people are really hospitable! I love Iran as well, a special place with wonderful people
@@toohappytobehomesick I also agree with the lifestyle in Oman and neighboring countries, the West has become very 'Agenda' focused to the point where it has become toxic and innately corrupt.
I do agree with you. Anytime I come back to Italy I feel uncomfortable, people are often nervous and full of stress. I don’t think I could live in the west anymore
This was quite informative! Another fun video keeping me company while I cook!
Glad you enjoyed it! I hope you are fine! 💓
Ciao Elizabeth bel video, e che tranquillità. Ho adorato il reparto saponette. 🤩 E il luogo dove soggiorni è a dir poco fantastico. Super relax!!!
Il reparto saponette è meraviglioso in Oman, ce ne sono per tutti i gusti, me le porto spesso in Italia 😊Salalah è davvero rilassante
As expected! 😊
Shopping is always fun and right. 👍👏

Good day. You did not finish filming in the Kingdom in the Najran region, and you did not film for us your departure to the State of Oman. I hope that you enjoyed your visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we hope that you will visit all the regions that you have not visited in order to enjoy its atmosphere. Greetings, and we wish you a happy life.
Hello, I posted my last video in Najran, have you watched it? Unfortunately my camera fell down on my last day in Najran and then I went to Riyadh to treat a small health problem I had while travelling. My camera got repaired now and hopefully I will come back to Saudi Arabia to explore more. Inshallah ❤️
you are such a beautiful soul! love your positivity
Thank you so much!! 🥹 you made my day
What a beautiful video, the villa is very beautiful and relaxing. I wish to travel there, one of my wishes 😭

Thank you and welcome aboard! 😊
@@toohappytobehomesick Thanks and glad to be a part of your journey. Additionally, I'm contemplating about moving over to Oman sometime this year.. either to Salala or Sohar. 🙂
I like both cities, different vibe. Maybe there are more job opportunities in Sohar
@@toohappytobehomesick Looking to invest actually. Hope things work out as I foresee great opportunities in both cities! Fingers crossed 🤞🏼
Real Estate is a good opportunity, but I guess also other areas of investment

Welcome to my channel! 🥰
The Salalah Garden Mall is indeed very beautiful. There is still a kind of courtyard in the mall, with great cafés and restaurants .
I like that mall and yes, it’s nice to chill in one of those cafes ☺️
The city of Salalah is a beautiful city in general.
It really is, less chaotic than Muscat
But Muscat is also a beautiful city. The museums, gardens and parks are all beautiful. The district of Al Mouj is unique.Actually, the whole country is beautiful. For me, Oman is a lived story..
I came across your channel today and am delighted with your videos.
I’m happy you like my videos 😊 Muscat is beautiful but I prefer the Salalah vibe, people in the south are less affected by stress
nice and amazing
Thanks a lot!
Lovely
Thanks 😊
What a lovely array of items that you have covered. I would be interested in the type of perfume that was on display. I would take your recommendations and visit the restaurant as a curious Foodie. Happy holidays to you and everyone there my dear friend 🇨🇦❤️❤️❤️👍👍😍🥰🤗😍
Perfumes are all quite good in the Gulf countries and half the price we find in Europe. You should love string perfumes, though, with a note of oud.
Happy holidays / Christmas to you! 🥰
@toohappytobehomesick Definitely I will note your advice my dear friend Eli🇨🇦❤️❤️❤️👍👍🥰😍
I like when you ask people where they are from because in Oman, most people are from India or Bangladesh😊
You’re right, there are many expats in Oman, quite half the population is not Omani, and many are Pakistani, Indians and from Bangladesh 😃
great video I Iiked your personality equal with the video
Oh thank you! 😌😌
Thank you
You're welcome
Italians are the most friendly people in the whole Europe
Thank you!! 🥹🙏🏼😊
I have been to salalah it’s very beautiful and calm specially with nature ❤
It really is! I love all the Dhofari governorate

Have been in Muscat for five years, wish to visit Salalah ❤
You should! It’s amazing
I like your smile ! You know Marrakech is very nice city in morocco is hot and sunny and not expensive.
Welcome to morocco !
Shukran!!
Hava a nice day !
Good day nice information kind share urgencies on how to get ther
You mean how to get to the fish restaurant?
Prices are low in Oman because taxes are low compared to Europe i guess, it is only 5%.
Oman standard VAT rate is 5%, very low compared to Italy for example and residents pay zero taxes or up to 15% depending on the job.
Sister, we enjoyed your video.
Come visit our country Bangladesh also.
Thank you, I will!
May Allah's mercy and peace be upon Arab leaders and their families. Because of them millions are feeding their family and being happy.
Love them from the bottom of my heart ❤
Indeed 🩷
Bless you, you are a very open minded individual. I say this because most westerners fails to adapt or don't like anything that is different to western cultures
You’re right about people not accepting anything different from their culture and habits. I have been travelling and living abroad since 1999 and always kept an open mind
❤️❤️❤️
🧡🧡🧡
Soon insha Allah
❤️are you coming to Oman?
I do hope so insha Allah
How is the weather will be in Nov., Dec.?
Do i need visa for Oman😊
@@yasminyoungjermjun1752im from oman
I recommend visiting Oman in summer, specifically salalah (dhofar)
Because its different than usual summer, the weather becomes more colder and rainy+ there r a lot of festivals in the summer :D!
Thanks ! I Hope visite morocco One day .
It’s on my list! I’ve never been to North Africa
I would like to know if you work full time in Oman. My wife will be moving to Oman with me and she would love to know how's the work environment for females in arab countries. She is an airline pilot
I have been working in Oman for many years and I can say they are very respectful towards female workers. I’m pretty sure she will be happy in the Sultanate
I like the Oman food
I like it too!
Hello, I really like the location where you stayed in Salalah at beach front. What’s the name of the place?
Hi! It's called Arabian Sea Villa, you can find the link to it on Booking.com in the description of the video
Wow it's like shopping with my wife, half the day by shampoo and soaps, she buy mostly non food items every time 🙄😂😁 I want the dates.. Only get Egypt dates where I am...
😂😂😂ahahah! In Italy we usually find only dates from Tunisia but Omani, Saudi, UAE and Iran in my opinion have the best dates
Can you please let me know about visa types for Europeans, are you on a holiday visa for example or some sort of working visa. Also how did you find getting a job in Oman?
Hi, you can find all the visa types for Oman in the Royal Oman Police website here: evisa.rop.gov.om/en/types-of-visa
I’ve been working in Oman since many years with a working visa and a sponsor (tourism sector). As an Italian speaking it was easy to find a job as a tour guide. It really depends on your skills and what type of job you are looking for
0:22, How come just local people know about this restaurant? I live in Salalah and everybody knows about it, I even know the owner of it.
Tourists usually do not go to the port so it's not that visible like any more central restaurant
Cool!
Pakistan 🇵🇰 is also near Oman, you know! Haha.
Yes I know ahahahahah! 😅
@@toohappytobehomesick Eli, Phil Bland is back in Pakistan these days. Have you checked his channel?
Honestly I have little time to watch other travel vloggers these days, as soon as I have a little more free time I’ll take a look 💜
❤💓🌹🌷
❤️😊
Madam good anjoi
Thanks! 😀
What do u do in Oman?
I organise tours
Are you Italian originally, by any chance habibty? I am an Omani lady.
Salam aleykum! Yes, I am 😊
@@toohappytobehomesick Yes, I watched the rest of the video and heard you saying you are Italian. I went to school in Bahrain and my teachers were Italian nuns. Now I am learning Italian because your language is really beautiful.
@@toohappytobehomesick Wa aleikum salam.
I didn’t know there were Italian nuns in Bahrein 😀I’m happy you like my language! If you need to ask anything about the Italian language just drop me an email and I’ll be happy to help 💛
cute accent
Thank you 🙏🏼😊
😂😂😂 omani people always kind!
a lot!! I love them 😍
It’s sad that omanis feel the need to bleach their skin 👀 at 9.32 the papaya lotion 🧴 is to whiten the skin 🤔🫤
I have found whitening products all over Asia and the Middle East but as far as I know, they don’t work. I personally love dark skin tones!
Are you italiano ?
Yes I am!
Quanto Ti vorrei ascoltare in lingua Italiana.
☺️
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ ❤ I LOVE YOU ❤️ GOOD VERY GOOD
😊 IAM FROM iTALYA❤
I’m happy you live in my country 😃
how is oman for it jobs
I think Oman is good for IT jobs - it also depend on what is your specialisation
data analyst ?@@toohappytobehomesick
Is spying expensive there?
What do you mean by spying 🧐
Is there employer here? I want to apply any job domestic helper...
I don’t use housemaids because I do everything by myself but I think you should apply through an agency
That was cheap I think for two people!
It was! Eating fish in Italy is much more expensive
Hows it going Eli so do you live in oman?
I’ve lived in Oman for mostly 10 years. At the moment I’m not permanently there anymore but I go occasionally for work
@@toohappytobehomesick i see, im thinkin of getting an apartment their moving from the uk. Can i get a permament living visa their by doing this. Is it worth it..
No income tax and everything is subsidised that’s why it’s cheap. Watching you makes me cringe and you asking arrogantly “where are you from?” They are labourers trying to earn a living. FFS
First of all, where did I say that Oman is cheap? I was showing the prices here so that people can make a comparison with their own countries. You're the first to think I asked arrogantly, while I simply asked them to give an information to the people who know little about Oman. I've been living in Oman since 2012 and I've always been humble. In fact, I even married a so called "labourer", while many expats I know married Omani men and would never marry a labourer
@toohappytobehomesick haha nevermind this unhappy person. They have not been to Oman and they don't understand the communal vibe. It is a normal question to ask in Oman!!! Not everyone is a miserable grouch and the " labourers" are excited by you asking them. Also there is tax and everything is not subsidized. What a weird person
