Excellent video. Very informative. Just a couple thoughts if I may ask. The side air damper. Is that screwed on or riveted? Next thought is a personal preference thing with me. I remove the safety grid in the hopper. Reason being it's easier to level the pellets when they cavitate and when you want to totally empty the hopper. Would it be best to do that before attaching the hopper assembly to the cabinet? I wonder how this video would be different with the new Pro XXL smoker. You did a great job. You did a great job. Convince Camp Chef to send you a new Pro XXL and do the video again 😁. I have a CC Deluxe 24, wit a lot of extras. Did ribs on it yesterday, OK but not like in a cabinet smoker. I'm considering replacing my Pit Boss Series 3 Copperhead with the new XXL Pro cabinet. Thanks again.
The vent has a screw. I have thought about removing that grid because it does get in the way, but I think I am going to hinge it so I can flip it up for cleaning, but still have it in place for safety.

Did you have extra bolts after assembly?
Maybe a couple. Not a bunch.
CC uses Fedex. That's an issue.
