I love lifting weights butI was never motivated to do pilates or yoga as a workout but when you said it was a way to 'give back to your body' and I definitely need help in mobility and flexibility- as well as balance challenged 😂 I am growing stronger and more flexible with each session. I appreciate you!

I was never one to do Yoga and not much into Pilates either, but being you had it in this weeks line-up and I've been feeling REALLY tight and uncomfortable in my spine, I decided to do this today instead of switching it out for something more challenging. I'm really glad I did. I do feel like I did my body a favor by slowing it down today and as I too am now 50, I think I need to focus more on not overdoing the strenuous exercises and like you say, take care of my amazing body ( and I say that as in.....all that it does for me, not how awesome looking it is 🙃). I finally got to do this today and it was so good. Thank you for putting in modifications because I think I would have had to skip a few things because I’m just not at a level to do them. I’m kind of bummed because a couple weeks ago I saw that Walmart had fitness trampoline that I could afford and there was 2 of them but I had to wait till I got paid, and when I went to get one they were both gone. I did order one online and it should be here next Saturday, so I’ll just start the challenge after I get it. Thank you for another wonderful workout!!!!!!!❤

Thank you Michelle! I really enjoyed this! I'm coming back from an injury. It was just right for today. I appreciated the extra hip stretches- an area I know we're both tight in. I also specifically enjoyed some of the animal type movements. I'm not sure what the specific type of fitness that is- body weight, mobility type stuff.
I usually have Left hip pain that goes down to my knee but after this workout I have relief!!! While I was doing some of the moves my back and hips were popping like Rice Krispies! It was like a chiropractic workout. Loved it!!!❤❤
This was great! Definitely tested my flexibility and endurance in parts. In a good way! My back was a little tight this morning but it feels much better now. Thanks Michelle!
