OMG all of this is me. Here I am at 40 realizing it wasn't simply shyness but social anxiety. I've become more aware of the physical symptoms lately when I picked a new work location with a lot more people and a steep learning curve.

100% correct. Described me.. Sadly though I then found out others at work indeed had extreme negative opinions about my capabilities after hearing words in an online meeting they didn't realize I was in as well .

Eff them lol people don’t like me cause I’m hella weird and look like a deer in headlights most of the time during work 😔 but guess I have to keep going or else I will be homeless.

Totally me. I’m 45 and never been diagnosed but I am feeling like I’m missing out on a lot because of this anxiety I experience everyday. Just hearing him talk about the symptoms was making nervous lol not even kidding! I’m wondering: do I need to seek help from a psychologist, pyschiatrist, counselor, or what? I’ve never talked to any professional about this before. Thanks for the video and blessings to everyone
