As a fellow creative who works with and in publishing & storytelling I totally get where you're coming from. For me fresh projects, be it stories, or characters often keeps me going. Learning new skills is always invigorating whether its in the hobby or outside of it, and I find myself bouncing between different hobbies when one feels a bit too stale. Hopefully 2025 brings something inspiration!
You have accomplished so much!!! You should be proud of that. And unfortunately burnout is apart of any hobby and also a part of life. The thing is you have to get excited about it again. I think you have done marvelously!!! Thank God you are not going to stop making videos!!! I don't think my heart could take it!!!😂😂❤❤.
I have never related to something more! Sometimes I feel like my life is at a standstill and need something new. And sometimes all it takes is taking a step back and looking at all I’ve accomplished to inspire me to do more. Love you lady!
I empathize deeply with the hollow, existential "what do I do now" feeling that comes with achieving your dreams. My ultimate dream from the time I was a little girl was to fall in love and to graduate college. When I found myself both married and a college grad in the span of a year, which was then further exacerbated by the initial Covid lockdowns, I felt like I'd reached the end of my original life plan and I was left floundering, trying to figure out where to go from there. Ultimately, I had to take a massive step back and really re-assess who I was and what my new dreams could be. I, too, dream of having a library with a big, beautiful Christmas tree. Maybe someday soon, I'll get to achieve that dream! And then find a new one!
It's kind of weird to run out of goals, isn't it? It's been interesting to examine the very human need for direction and milestones to reach. So few of us are content with just "being" and feel better when we're working toward achieving something big. I don't know what my next big thing will be, but hopefully I'll have a list of things to try by the new year. I so hope that you get a chance to have your library and giant Christmas tree, too!
Subscribed! I learned so much from you! I bought my first Huajing Nymph doll and is expecting her next year. I cant wait to make clothes for her with the help of your tutorials!💓💓
