वज्रासन के फायदे और कब करना चाहिए?
वज्रासन अकेला ऐसा आसन है, जिसे भोजन करने के बाद किया जा सकता है, ख़ासकर दोपहर के भोजन के बाद. वज्रासन से पाचन तंत्र मज़बूत होता है और उससे संबंधित रोग भी धीरे-धीरे ठीक हो जाते हैं. यह ध्यानात्मक आसन भी है. इसमें कुछ समय तक अपनी सुविधानुसार बैठना चाहिए.
