Help a brother out To Explain the plot a little bit, Warekit came up with the idea that the souls of each warrior would get sent to the warp with the idea that they would be stuck there longer enough for the demons to destroy their body. Unfortunately for the demons they sent the warriors to the same place with each soul banishing the other back to the material realm, allowing them to return to the fight and kill their respective demons. We added this in to provide context towards the fight as a lot of people were confused as to why a Space Marine and the DOOM Slayer would ever fight each other. Hope you guys enjoyed this! I've watched it 100 times and it still gives me goosebumps.
I love the video but the fight would be no where near as close, doomguy and the doom slayer are the same person and have been fighting demons for centuries and he once fought a demon as big as a sky scraper and one with out armour or guns

I really like that audio log in Doom Eternal where there's a human talking about the Doom Slayer as the Savior of mankind and finds faith in him. "I am a believer now - I feel it is in DOOM that I have faith. The Slayer is the spear that stabs at the heart of our attackers, and those that would seek to harm us should feel warned." Hyped me up when I heard this log.
Based on how the Doom Slayer sat still and shot the Space Marine with slow deliberation instead of running like the Flash and spraying more than a pre-teen in COD, I'd assume that he's being played by some game journalist. Great animation though.
Marines are rather speedy too, so it kinda goes both ways. And then there's also the fact the BFG lacked plasma tendril, which woulda fried the marine behind cover as it passed by. Still, seconding great animation.

He would realistically be quick switching, using his equipment launcher (which he never does here), dashing at lightning speeds because he’s canonically faster than time itself, not to mention using the meat hook, the weapon mods, flame belch, and just nonstop shooting and blasting without stopping. Honestly Doom Slayer would have an amazing time taking of the Chaos marines and Chaos gods. He would also be amazing against Chaos because one of his key attributes as laid out in the games is he is 100% incorruptible, Chaos would have no hold on him. Also his actual strength was not portrayed in this but still a cool animation.
The joke is that with his endless massacre, death and destruction, he would feed one god of chaos. Khorne. Since Khorne does not care who, when, how and whose blood he sheds. The bloodshed itself is fueling it. So Doom Slayer would become something like Khârn the Betrayer.
I'm late, but I love the shot at 1:28. The music combined with the Daemon's psychic gestures is a really cool thing, and portrays the Warp Entity's malevolence very well. Kudos to the animator!

The Maykrs are technically aliens pretending to be angels for the humans, meaning yes, Urdak is technically heaven. You can't really use the fact you're Christian because guess what? So am I. Also before anyone argues "well how can a Icon of Sin be there" if memory serves correct, via the Book of Joe or Jobe, the Devil is allowed into heaven for meetings. So why can't the Icon of Sin be there as well. And before you say "Well why would angels do that" don't forget that they are incredibly spiteful as seen in the old and new testements. And Lucifer used to be a angel before becoming a fallen angel.
Considering all living things have a presence in the warp, I can imagine due to Doomslayer's willpower he could have an insane presence. Just his presence alone appearing in the Immaterium most likely would be felt by all four of the chaos gods alone. I imagine that the form his presence would take in the warp would be him in his classic armor, wielding the crucible, his form made out of fire and ice, dark and light, his presence shining like a great beacon in the warp, his righteous fury unyielding, his will unbreakable, incorruptible, the strength he held insurmountable. That day, when his presence does manifest in the warp, the daemons and chaos gods will finally know true TERROR.

The Doomslayer is not god slayer. He can't kill the literal manifestation of the Human Psyche that represents the "Survival of the Fittest" . He'd Khorne a boost than anything. Not saying he can't survive the 40k universe, but he sure as hell can't kill a God.

I don't think it would ever be enough to end the chaos gods without creating a new god. But would Khorne even want him dead with all the glorious, endless bloodshed Doomslayer would bring to his realm? He'd probably end the demons that imprisoned Doomslayer out of indignant spite. Out of all the gods, I think Nurgle would be the one to take exception to him, and only because he'd keep killing his grandchildren (also the incorruptibility insult).

But I also went to the comment section(I know, scarier than the warp) to see any more evidence. Ok basically, Doomslayer's preator suit is made up of meta-material things but mostly argent energy. Argent energy is a more refined and controlled form of souls that hell captured. Argent energy fuels his armour and can make him indestructible, as seen of him being crushed by a temple and famously... Shot into the surface of Mars. He can heal through absorbing argent energy from the death of demons making him stronger. He has trained with sentinels and have "reported" to have "millions" of experience in killing demons in hell. However, saying all that, he would be **at best** kill 10 space marines(not Primaris marines). A space marine armour, from the lore and through other peoples analysis, is comparable to the preator armour in neutral power, but that can change wildly with the different chapters in the IoM, an Ultramarine, yeah and maybe less, a Salamander's armour? Probably more stronger than the Preator suit, A Grey Knight's armour? No never, and I'm not considering terminator and dreadnought armour. They have fairly the same speed and have the same experience and training combat. How? Because Space Marine's augmentations can make them live through centuries. Doom slayer definetely has an advantage of weapons array than that of a space marine, where a bolter of a space marine is the same as the missle rifle the Doomslayer he pulls out of his ass. And if he is in 40k, the praetor suit would not absorb warp energy. A praetor suit absorbs Argent energy, "controlled soul energy". The warp is a volitile corruptive energy that psykers need to have augmentations and years of discipline and mental fortitude to **try** and control and tap the energy safely. The Doomslayer's suit will quickly become a corruptive object of pure daemonic energy that he'd basically be a walkind lighthoise for daemons to find, and the Doomslayer would welcome it. The Chaos Gods, mostly Khorne would likely get a boner from him when he gets into the 40k universe with Slaneesh probably wanting that action from both Khorne and Doomslayers ecstacy in ripping and tearing. So yeah thats my summary analysis of the previous video and the information I got out from it and from the comment section.

Only thing i don't like tho is how the blood letter didn't disapait back into the warp or get absorbed by the slayers armor in effect perma killing a part of Khorne ....
I totally buy Doomslayer taking the first shot. He's PO'd, and doesn't ever expect any kind of backup to come for him. So he'd just think it's a new enemy.
To be fair, most things in the warp are demons or heretic, and they often fight each other (different gods). The marine, not recognizing the iconography, would assume demon/heretic; the slayer sees a big armored thing which is clearly inhuman or mutated, and just fires.

After Doom Guy proved himself worthy after the Holy Crusade against the demons, He was blessed by a Seraphim with the Holy Divinity basically upping his abilities EVEN FURTHER BEYOND and basically making him faster stronger and godlike, thats when they renamed him to Doom Slayer. With the blessing by the Seraphim he was able to fight for basically eons without stopping. He is also basically unkillable and the only way for the demons to stop him was to basically seal him off, thats why in the beginning of DOOM 2016 you start of with Doom Slayer breaking free from "The cursed sarcophagus". It is pretty funny how Doom Slayer can die to a small zombie in the games tho.

So lore wise, doom slayer probably solos Warhammer universe if he's not using his guns

Doomguy just knows who's demonic or not. He's very well aware of these things considering he fights demons on a daily basis. If anything he'd be happy to see someone like him. Superhuman feats, including speed(space marines are fast, seriously fast). Not to mention unwavering hatred for demons as well. They'd fit hand in hand.
While spacemarins would try to use tactic and shiz like that, Doomslayer would just run past them and destroy all chaos/demons on sight with effectiveness that spacemarins never even heard of.
theres an alternate ending where the ultramarine defeated doom marine in one second, then wiped everything else with a combat knife before finally killing god with a spoon, think its called the Matt Ward cut

@@signolias100 The Imperium of Man basically surpass god in the 40k universe, I would say realistically the Space Marines (and I think these are Ultra Marines but I don't recognize their insignia, not well enough versed in 40k to say with certainty) would be close to on par with Doom Slayer so it's very much an unsure fight. 40k's universe is kind of like if multiple hells invaded space and that everyone has become so jaded and emotionally dark that everyone that is human is basically Doom Slayer-lite. No where in the 40k universe is safe.

I always imagined this fight would be evenly matched and then xenos and demons start showing up. So the doom guy and the space marines form a truce and agree to kick demon ass together.
Seeing the fans finally come together and say that: Master Chief < Space Marine < Space Marine Chapter < The Doom Slayer makes me remember the days when everyone cheered to see Doomguy lose to MC in their death battle. Times have surely changed.
Death battle was biased. Despite using Slayer's pic from the 2016 game, they measured him in old lore, means they used a mortal, unaugmented Slayer to compare to Chief. Chief was made a super soldier but not for the purpose of fighting open wars like the Astartes. Slayer from 2016 lore was basically a walking powerhouse. Now with Eternal lore, Slayer is hands-down, way stronger than Astartes.

The animation is really nice, but Doom slayer could easily over power any space marine, his weapons are way stronger then theirs. We can see that he isn't affected by pain, hunger or dehydration in the story. But this is nicely made keep up the good work!

Uh, the BFG may be, but, Space Marines use plasma guns, the Doomslayer uses a plasma gun (Honestly it's probably closer to a T'au pulse rifle the way it shoots.) He uses a shotgun, they use shotguns, if anything the Space Marines outclass Doomguy with one or two exceptions, and they'll have some answers of their own to that. And Space marines aren't affected by pain, they barely experience hunger or exhaustion and they can lose limbs and keep trucking. This seems overall accurate if you ask me.

All of his weapons are boosted with hell energy so they're not simple weapons. And even then, he only uses weapons because he likes them and because he wants to make demons suffer. He would do more damage and oneshot every single demon with his bare hands, which is why he resteicts himself to use weapons. He spent bilions of years constantly fighting demons in hell, never eating, never sleeping, never taking a break, only surviving by feeding off the souls of his enemies. Space Marines are trained to barely even notice pain, it's part of the reason even if one of their arms gets blown off they'll keep fighting. The other is because they're designed that way.

The slayer has far greater armaments (ex: BFG which turns his enemies into a hashtag by removing the moisture in their body) 3. He is not corrupted by hell. He was strengthened by a machine that was meant to find flaws in the sentinels. And the reason he is killing demons is to get revenge on the dark lords who wronged him.

Sure they can run, take cover and figth in meele but their armors are too bulky mate. 90% of Space marine battles are droping from orbit inside a drop pod or within a thunderhawk gunship, right into the middle of the fray. When they leave the Drop pod, the assault marines imedietly engage their jetpacks and the tactical/ devastator marines give cover fire with their bolters/ heavy bolters. Usualy with that firepower they dont even need to find cover because the eneny its defeated. Its the Standard Astartes figthing doctrine sanctioned by the Holly Emperor

To Explain the plot a little bit, Warekit came up with the idea that the souls of each warrior would get sent to the warp with the idea that they would be stuck there longer enough for the demons to destroy their body. Unfortunately for the demons they sent the warriors to the same place with each soul banishing the other back to the material realm, allowing them to return to the fight and kill their respective demons.
We added this in to provide context towards the fight as a lot of people were confused as to why a Space Marine and the DOOM Slayer would ever fight each other.

Honestly Doom Slayer would have an amazing time taking of the Chaos marines and Chaos gods. He would also be amazing against Chaos because one of his key attributes as laid out in the games is he is 100% incorruptible, Chaos would have no hold on him. Also his actual strength was not portrayed in this but still a cool animation.
The joke is that with his endless massacre, death and destruction, he would feed one god of chaos. Khorne. Since Khorne does not care who, when, how and whose blood he sheds. The bloodshed itself is fueling it. So Doom Slayer would become something like Khârn the Betrayer.

Considering all living things have a presence in the warp, I can imagine due to Doomslayer's willpower he could have an insane presence. Just his presence alone appearing in the Immaterium most likely would be felt by all four of the chaos gods alone. I imagine that the form his presence would take in the warp would be him in his classic armor, wielding the crucible, his form made out of fire and ice, dark and light, his presence shining like a great beacon in the warp, his righteous fury unyielding, his will unbreakable, incorruptible, the strength he held insurmountable. That day, when his presence does manifest in the warp, the daemons and chaos gods will finally know true TERROR.
So then Doomslayer meets up with Kaldor Draigo and they traipse off together to pull some of the most violent pranks imaginable on the dark gods.

The Doomslayer is not god slayer. He can't kill the literal manifestation of the Human Psyche that represents the "Survival of the Fittest" . He'd Khorne a boost than anything. Not saying he can't survive the 40k universe, but he sure as hell can't kill a God.

The modern doom guy is pretty flexible with the writing. Can he absorb warp energy like argent energy? Will he remain incorruptible? I don't think it would ever be enough to end the chaos gods without creating a new god. But would Khorne even want him dead with all the glorious, endless bloodshed Doomslayer would bring to his realm? He'd probably end the demons that imprisoned Doomslayer out of indignant spite. Out of all the gods, I think Nurgle would be the one to take exception to him, and only because he'd keep killing his grandchildren (also the incorruptibility insult).

Ok basically, Doomslayer's preator suit is made up of meta-material things but mostly argent energy. Argent energy is a more refined and controlled form of souls that hell captured. Argent energy fuels his armour and can make him indestructible, as seen of him being crushed by a temple and famously... Shot into the surface of Mars. He can heal through absorbing argent energy from the death of demons making him stronger. He has trained with sentinels and have "reported" to have "millions" of experience in killing demons in hell.
However, saying all that, he would be **at best** kill 10 space marines(not Primaris marines). A space marine armour, from the lore and through other peoples analysis, is comparable to the preator armour in neutral power, but that can change wildly with the different chapters in the IoM, an Ultramarine, yeah and maybe less, a Salamander's armour? Probably more stronger than the Preator suit, A Grey Knight's armour? No never, and I'm not considering terminator and dreadnought armour.
They have fairly the same speed and have the same experience and training combat. How? Because Space Marine's augmentations can make them live through centuries. Doom slayer definetely has an advantage of weapons array than that of a space marine, where a bolter of a space marine is the same as the missle rifle the Doomslayer he pulls out of his ass.
And if he is in 40k, the praetor suit would not absorb warp energy. A praetor suit absorbs Argent energy, "controlled soul energy". The warp is a volitile corruptive energy that psykers need to have augmentations and years of discipline and mental fortitude to **try** and control and tap the energy safely. The Doomslayer's suit will quickly become a corruptive object of pure daemonic energy that he'd basically be a walkind lighthoise for daemons to find, and the Doomslayer would welcome it.
The Chaos Gods, mostly Khorne would likely get a boner from him when he gets into the 40k universe with Slaneesh probably wanting that action from both Khorne and Doomslayers ecstacy in ripping and tearing.

I totally buy Doomslayer taking the first shot. He's PO'd, and doesn't ever expect any kind of backup to come for him. So he'd just think it's a new enemy.
To be fair, most things in the warp are demons or heretic, and they often fight each other (different gods). The marine, not recognizing the iconography, would assume demon/heretic; the slayer sees a big armored thing which is clearly inhuman or mutated, and just fires.

After Doom Guy proved himself worthy after the Holy Crusade against the demons, He was blessed by a Seraphim with the Holy Divinity basically upping his abilities EVEN FURTHER BEYOND and basically making him faster stronger and godlike, thats when they renamed him to Doom Slayer. With the blessing by the Seraphim he was able to fight for basically eons without stopping. He is also basically unkillable and the only way for the demons to stop him was to basically seal him off, thats why in the beginning of DOOM 2016 you start of with Doom Slayer breaking free from "The cursed sarcophagus". It is pretty funny how Doom Slayer can die to a small zombie in the games tho.

@@signolias100 The Imperium of Man basically surpass god in the 40k universe, I would say realistically the Space Marines (and I think these are Ultra Marines but I don't recognize their insignia, not well enough versed in 40k to say with certainty) would be close to on par with Doom Slayer so it's very much an unsure fight. 40k's universe is kind of like if multiple hells invaded space and that everyone has become so jaded and emotionally dark that everyone that is human is basically Doom Slayer-lite. No where in the 40k universe is safe.

Death battle was biased. Despite using Slayer's pic from the 2016 game, they measured him in old lore, means they used a mortal, unaugmented Slayer to compare to Chief.
Chief was made a super soldier but not for the purpose of fighting open wars like the Astartes. Slayer from 2016 lore was basically a walking powerhouse. Now with Eternal lore, Slayer is hands-down, way stronger than Astartes.

Uh, the BFG may be, but, Space Marines use plasma guns, the Doomslayer uses a plasma gun (Honestly it's probably closer to a T'au pulse rifle the way it shoots.) He uses a shotgun, they use shotguns, if anything the Space Marines outclass Doomguy with one or two exceptions, and they'll have some answers of their own to that. And Space marines aren't affected by pain, they barely experience hunger or exhaustion and they can lose limbs and keep trucking. This seems overall accurate if you ask me.
But it isn't respecting demonslayers lore at all. The guy is a literal god and would kill any spacemarine with ease.

All of his weapons are boosted with hell energy so they're not simple weapons. And even then, he only uses weapons because he likes them and because he wants to make demons suffer. He would do more damage and oneshot every single demon with his bare hands, which is why he resteicts himself to use weapons. He spent bilions of years constantly fighting demons in hell, never eating, never sleeping, never taking a break, only surviving by feeding off the souls of his enemies. Space marines are tough, but at the end of the day, they're just elite soldiers while the doomsmayer is a weapon of mass destruction in a human body

@@megawl2086 clearly you don’t know Doom lore. 1. The Praetor suit is has unmatched defense and is impenetrable by sheer force. 2. The slayer has far greater armaments (ex: BFG which turns his enemies into a hashtag by removing the moisture in their body) 3. He is not corrupted by hell. He was strengthened by a machine that was meant to find flaws in the sentinels. And the reason he is killing demons is to get revenge on the dark lords who wronged him.
As a massive 40k fan, I approve. The Doomslayer is a badass.
Now Master-chief, on the other hand, would get bodied in seconds.

I think the idea is the marine is BARELY dodging the swings so the armor gets torn, not to mention canonically space Marines are much faster than they look.

@@brendendullaghan7560 Not realy, canonicaly space marines behave more like walking tanks ( power armor weigth ) and they arent very agile or dodgy like an Eldar. Sure they can run, take cover and figth in meele but their armors are too bulky mate.
90% of Space marine battles are droping from orbit inside a drop pod or within a thunderhawk gunship, right into the middle of the fray. When they leave the Drop pod, the assault marines imedietly engage their jetpacks and the tactical/ devastator marines give cover fire with their bolters/ heavy bolters. Usualy with that firepower they dont even need to find cover because the eneny its defeated.
