Hey Devin, just subscribed to your channel. Really helpful videos. Got a quick question for you, what computer setup are you using to edit your footage as my 2012 MacBook Pro is really struggling to view 4K videos on. It’s really jumpy and not good. On my iPhone 7 it plays perfectly, which I don’t understand, but not with the laptop.

What software do you use to edit your videos?
Superb quality. I've got the Mavic Air 2 and trying out the various combinations of camera setting. 4k @ 60 FPS is a cut above the rest. Interested in a LUT that will colour grade a golf course from sun burnt to lush green. Any idea?

If I use hdr mode should I remove my Nd filter ?

Good afternoon. Got my Air 2 one week ago and now testing it with all possible settings. (video) I have a question. When in 4K 60 fps and 120 shutter I cannot select a subject and fly around it, only in 4K 30fps 60 shutter. Am I missing something here or is it just not possible. (Manual mode)(Cinematic mode) I have a smart controller. Thanks in advance.
Yes. This is correct.. smart flying modes and features are not available when filming in that frame rate.

Thanks! No denoiser just slight color tweaks in lumetri color in premiere pro 👍
Devin Tatro maybe you can give me some advice. I’m on my second MA2 and no matter how I shoot (Normal, HDR or Cinelike-D) in the day time, ND16, ISO at 100 and my histogram in the middle. I get this grainy/Noisy footage. Even if I shoot in auto it still happens.
Any advice 🤷🏾♂️
Is it noisy all over or mainly in the shadows? Mine has some noise in the shadows but nothing crazy... what I’ll do in premiere that may be helping is I’ll bring down my blacks so it makes those shadows darker and don’t see the information in the shadows? I have some free LUTS in my cinematic tips video .. maybe try applying those and see if anything helps! Let me know! Thanks!

Why is it that I see so many people who are able to get shots like this with a Mavic Air 2 but I can’t seem to get a clean image to save my life. I’ve tried with ND, without ND, normal mode, HDR mode, D-Cinelike, 4K 24, 4K 30, 4K 60, higher shutter, normal shutter, lower shutter… I just can’t get an image that is this clean. ESPECIALLY in the shadow areas. Yet you have a bunch of fairly wide dynamic range images here with great contrast, great color punch, and great detail in the shadows. Makes me feel like this was shot on an inspire or a higher end drone, not the Air 2…
Is there a specific lut you use for d cinelike in 4k at 60?

Nice video scenery. I have been living in this hellhole called California so long I forgot there are actually many more beautiful places to be other than this smokey burned out dry desert.
Please help, my Mavic Air2 video caputres are still choppy despite that I'm recording on internal memory, Im applying the 180 rule using filters, I refreshed the firmware and did the calibrations. I also disabled saving cache, I tried both H.264 and H.265. My drone was good in the beginning, I just bought it 1 year ago with no crashes. It's driving me crazy to see the poor videos. Please help and share some advice
Where are you viewing the files? On your computer? Phone? When are you seeing the choppy footage?
@@devinjtatro I download the files from the memory to my computer and use vlc to view it.
I'm seeing the same choppy problem even if I record on lower resolutions

This video it is not 60fps, only 24. And there are no footage samples!
The video was shot at 60fps and is conformed/ modified to a 24fps timeline making it 24 in the end result. I will reload the raw clips .. sorry someone one have removed them 👍
