Stir-fried Shrimp with Celery | 西芹炒虾仁

Recipe:
1. Peel carrot and celery
2. Slice half of the carrot
3. Chop celery
4. Mince garlic and chili
5. Boil carrot and celery for 1 minute
6. Marinate the shrimp with 1/4 tbsp white pepper, 1/4 tbsp salt, 1 egg white and 1 tbsp starch
7. Fry the schrimp
8. Add the minced garlic and chili and stir-fry it
9. Add carrot and celery
10. Add 1/2 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar
11. Mix 1 tbsp starch, 2 tbsp light soya sauce and 2 tbsp water
12. Add sauce into our stir-fried shrimp
