As expected, this pure Android smartphone is endowed with the most cutting edge hardware -- while featuring the latest version of the platform, Android 4.4 "KitKat." I know it does not have LTE for Verizon but if I put a SIM card in couldn't I use 3G? Could you put a SIM card in and find out please let me know!!

I saw that in your video that the Auto-Rotate button was not present on the swipe down feature accessible though the the notifications bar. Can you please confirm if Auto-Rotate has been removed from there or not?

Phonearena is the best channel for reviews. They don't want to act smart like other channels and they don't say always negative thing of the reviewer doesn't like the phone personally, unlike others. You have my likes.

How is it difficult to tell where messages are coming from in Hangouts? It shows SMS on the persons picture in the list, has their number at the top in the conversation, and says "Send an SMS message" in the text box area before you type. What more do you need?

My nexus 5 battery lasts all day and then some. Also the speaker is loud and not as bad as the reviews say. My only complaint is the IPS LCD display. It looks great but I would have preferred a super amoled display.
Just got my nexus phone best phone I have personally owned. And I have had shoot of different phones. No lag or anything on my phone.

im having heating problems. my nexus 5 heats up pretty fast around the upper area of the back of the device especially when playing games and taking pictures!!

Actually the nexus 5 is an amazing phone.Stock android,superb hardware and a great price.The note 3 is amazing also but off contract the price really goes high unlike the nexus 5.

Anyone had problems with the signal of the phone
If kitkat runs on my galaxy pocket which only has 290mb of ram then it will be a miracle. But Iam considering in buying Lumia 520 or the iphone now... Getting tired of fragmentation or apps filled with ads and bugs
apps are just as buggy on ios.
The editing at the start was pretty crappy because every time you'd start the camera in a new position it would have to re-focus, just record it all in one, don't mess around with a Ray William Johnson transition style.
Don't use phone camera to record the review's.Autofocus is terrible

note 3 , better scores at benchmarks even without the lastest android version , iam sure it will break highscores when it get 4.4 and plus Note 3 has 4K but you know on the other side Nexus 5 is cheaper , so its up to you , cheaper and average features and good specs or expensive but plenty of features and horse power
