    I totally relate to this. I gained so much weight during the pandemic, I've always tried to make healthy choices but did not really focus on it at all. I decided to make a change one day after weighing myself and I had gained like 9 kgs (20lbs), I checked my BMI and I was overweight- I knew I was eating super unhealthy and had little to no movement in my day (just office job things LOL). I noticed changes in my health and not just my weight- I have a lot of obese family members and I know how hard it is to slip into gradual weight gain and just how bad your health issues can get. I am fortunately a very disciplined person and when I set my mind to a goal I try my best to reach it. I made many mistakes on my fitness journey but I wouldn't change a thing. I have enjoyed learning and discovering myself and what I'm truly capable of. Working out and leading a healthy lifestyle to me is so much more than being skinny now (which was my initial goal), it's effort I put into making me who I am at every level. I loved this video so much. Thanks for always providing quality content!

    I've been checking your App reviews and I wonder if you would try the Apps WeGlow and/or Stronger by the day.
    And a random question, what hair color you used to use?

      I used to lighten my hair with Sun In at home! It’s a hydrogen peroxide bleach
