Our first mail order chicks - 35 white & barred rocks

We ordered chicks from Meyer Hatchery 2 weeks ago and selected the Aug 3 hatch date. They arrived early morning Aug 5 at our local post office. We were expecting 17 each of female White Rock and Plymouth Barred Rock varieties and received an extra Barred Rock. All were alive and healthy at arrival and still are at the time of this upload (some 38 hours after we got them). The link for Meyer Hatchery is below. So far we are happy with their service. We will keep updating as they grow as their health and correct sexing percentage will also determine how satisfied with Meyer we are.
UPDATE after grow out:
We lost some due to predation, but lost none due to illness (or any other reason) after shipment. All 34 turned out to be female.

They cam from Meyer hatchery in Ohio ? And you say you got them on Tuesday after hatching date in Arkansas ?

+jhusek13 Yes, in Ohio. TWO DAYS after hatching. These hatched on Mon. 8/3/15 and I picked them up from my local post office in northwest Arkansas at 7 am on Wed. 8/5/15.
