- We are starting the spooky season off with a Horror Comedy that neither of us has seen! Tucker And Dale Vs Evil turned out to be such a great time! I wish we would have seen it sooner. Come watch us watch it for the first time!

The reason Tucker didn't shut off the chainsaw was because the smoke/exhaust fumes are a deterrent for bees. They were swarming and following him so he kept the motor running and waving it around as he tried to get away from the swarm
"Last chance gas" used to be a common slogan for gas stations back in the day of less population and great open spaces. Those stations with that slogan/phrase were the ones located as you headed out of any populated-semi populated/rural area into the vast open highways and endless backroads. Meaning Hey, this is your last chance to fill up your gas tank and get supplies.There is not going to be another gas station for a long long time driving many miles.

14:00 To be fair neither of those guys know where her friends are and I don’t think girl will know the location either. I mean this is the first time these kids have ever came to these woods. Plus she did hit her head on a rock, so it was probably for the best she stayed until they are sure she is perfectly fine.
Another horror/comedy(/rock and roll/road trip) movie you might enjoy, and that nobody reacts to, is an indie vampire movie called "Suck". Not "Vampires Suck", that's something different entirely. Just "Suck". It's got an amusingly silly plot, some pretty good music, and an amazing cast, including Malcolm McDowell, Dave Foley, and a bunch of musicians, including Alice Cooper, Iggy Pop, Henry Rollins, Alex Lifeson, and more. It's no Oscar winner, but it's fun.
You are the first reactor I have seen pick up based on the opening scene that Chad lives!
"It looked like one of the guys was eating her face off." it's cut from the movie, but they have to give her mouth to mouth resuscitation. I don't know why they cut that part out, it would have given the line actual context....
We do see Dale bending over her body, to start CPR; I just wish they had held on that shot for another second, so it wasn't so easily missed. I don't think they needed to do more than that, just that extra 1-2 seconds to really establish what's going on, would have been perfect.
I assume they think people will understand. No need to spell it out.
To me, this is like a hillbilly version of Shaun of the Dead. Not the premise, but the feel & comedy. If you havent seen it, check it out!
Great reaction. Horror comedy is difficult to pull off, but they did a good job of it, and the change in perspective is interesting.
