Can you expand on that criticism please? Most small boats at speed look as bad or worse
Maybe you should get the bolts where you can put pins through, to tightly secure the engine. I dont know their name but the aerospace industry uses them

It would be a good idea to get a lanyard connected from the outboard to the boat just in case it does come off 👍
I've done 50 knots on a rib before but that was large and stable. 25 knots on a tiller controlled SIB is definitely fast enough 😂
My engine was definitely over revving… safe to say it was at its limit. My good friend Jason from “The Reel Isle” says it’s important to meet RPM range in the manual by adjusting the prop…

You should of put a 15hp 2stroke onit mate would of got the same speed lighter engine easier to carry and maybe think about a trailer that way you can lock tight the bolts that way it’s never coming off
