Ladies, as a woman, you had some really bad takes. Don't become toxic due to toxicity. If games are being played, just leave. Don't entertain foolishness, don't advocate for it, don't participate in it.

but these are the type of men y'all pick though. its like adopting a pit bull that used to be a fighting dog & being surprised you got bit. women do this all the time.

You are not single until you're engaged. I don't know where woman got this from or who started it. If I am exclusively dating a woman and I see it going somewhere, but I find out she is seeing other men, I'm out. If you both choose to be exclusive then do that. It takes time (maybe a year, 2 at the most IMHO) to get to the engagement stage. I'm definitely not going to propose if I find out you are/were dating other men.

10:15 The way those men responded to your rejections and non-responses was inappropriate, no doubt. A no, or a no-response, should always just elicit a polite moving on from the situation. You're not wrong for feeling like the way they reacted was too hostile.
However, to potentially shed some light from their perspective- most men rarely, if ever, get inbound interest. Also, it takes courage to reach out and break the ice. So it's important to understand that if men never reach out, it's simply never going to happen and they will die alone. So, it isn't "entitlement" on their part. It's disappointment fueled with adrenaline from having had made the first move. Eventually over time they will either learn to react in a more appropriate manner or just give up.
Women also have a responsibility to turn men down respectfully (not saying you didn't). If all women do is reject angrily and ghost, then the only men who will end up approaching are manipulative jackasses and socially inept guys that can't read social cues. I understand it's a pain in the ass, but if all women rejected respectfully and maybe as a bonus gave the suitor candid feedback, then the amount of desired approaches would increase as well thanks to a more hospitable environment.

we giving women a license to be rude to men now? women are blatantly rude & then they're surprised when they're rude to an ex convict & end up a victim of a far more heinous crime.

    • @asdfxcvbn746

we advocating women being rude to men now? can't be rude to random strangers & then be surprised bad things happened to a girl when she was rude to an ex convict or something. women want the license to be rude to random strangers without potential consequences. thats basically what you're advocating for. you can't tell strangers how to react to your rudeness. thats called accountability. the thing about being rude to strangers is one of them might be crazy. but women seem to not consider that until something bad happens to them.

@@johnmeeker9752 "Women also have a responsibility to turn men down respectfully" --- yes, but they usually don't though... ESPECIALLY urban/black women. more often than not, they go out of their way to embarrass you or make you feel shameful for shooting your shot. and then after they hit age 30-35 they wonder why men don't shoot their shot at them & they wonder why they're the least married & least popular group of women on dating apps.
"There's nothing rude about rejection, friend." --- it depends on how you do it. a friendly: "oh I'm married" or "I have a boyfriend" or "i'm spoken for" or "no thank you" or even a polite "sorry i'm busy" or "i'm in a hurry" will suffice... if thats what black women did, nobody would talk about it because it would be a non-issue.
flat out ignoring somebody to their face like they don't exists, while not a crime, IS rude asf socially... its just been normalized in the social media generation. before Gen-Z... in late Gen-X & early Millennial generation on into the 80's 90's & early 2000's, that was considered rude to just straight up ignore somebody to their face like they don't exist. before that, in the Boomer generation, it was considered rude to not greet everyone or say hello to people when you enter a room. now because of social media, Gen-Z is completely anti-social where its normal for a woman to ignore you to your face in public when you simply say hello to her, and in a generation where that type of rude behavior is normalized, they hit age 30-35 & wonder why men don't talk to them ,let alone marry or commit to them.
"It's not rude to say no." -- like women often tell men... its not what you say but HOW you say it. - go watch the very end of episode 12 of Arlette Amuli's Pop The Balloon show. there was a guy who basically rejected every woman in the lineup & reacted negatively to every rejection he got. he's basically telling them "no" but in an extremely RUDE way. he didn't use profanity, he didn't raise his voice but he was VERY RUDE to those women. this is often how urban/black women reject men. this is why men of other races often don't approach black american women. nobody wants to deal with that attitude.
this all comes down to, society being overly gynocentric & feminist & having lots of empathy for women when it comes to "street harassment" but zero empathy for what men have to deal with on the other end. more often i'm hearing from women "men have to step up & do this & that" when it comes to approaching & taking initiative in dating, but women & society have been perhaps a little too critical of men's innocuous interactions with women. to the point where it makes more sense for men to simply not approach women... at all... ever. if men introducing themselves to women is so terrible like women say, then maybe its time for society to be a little bit more feminist & equal & have WOMEN do all the approaching & just let them choose which men they want to hear from & deal with. since men seem to never be able to do anything right in women's eyes or societies' eyes.
