The story of Marlon taking his mother on a date every Monday is beautiful. I am literally over here in tears. Marlon you are a wonderful king. God bless you ❤
He adored his mother. 💫
I was crying too!! His stories really touched my heart!!!
Me too. ❤
Beautiful
im from the hood i aint cryin its these 10 onions im chopping up😢
The way Marlon credited his siblings, giving them the most accolades of anybody! Is awesome!!!!
The man is so blessed and his parents raised him from the almighty word and may God continue to blessed the Wayan’s family. Thanks from sharing
In Living Color is hands down, one of the BEST sketch comedy shows to ever air. It birthed stars , and the musical guests ?? Man, phenomenal. So underappreciated
Can't think of another show that catapult so many stars ✨
Facts!!
I remember being a kid sneaking to watch it bc my mum wouldn’t let me 😂😂😂 I loved that show! When it re-aired on BET back when I was in high school I was too happy!
I miss that show soooo bad. Me and my great used to watch. Wanda made her laugh to tears every time.
It should definitely be still in rotation
His performance in the Aretha Franklin story with Jennifer Hudson was a testament to his diversity!
i agree he did such a good job
I gotta watch. Never seen it but now I want to
And let's not forget his performance in Requiem for a Dream..Marlon aint no joke!
Then he is on bel ar
He did such a great job. I almost forgot that was Marlon.
Jim Carey and Rosie Perez were nominated for an academy award, Jamie won. David Alan Grier and Tommy Davidson stay working. So much talent on Living Color!!
David Allen Grier went on to win a Tony as well. The talent on that set was phenomenal!!
i cant express how much this interview meant to me. im speechless at how much i enjoyed this interview. inspiring is an understatement. This level of peace, enlightenment. unmatched. Brother, i love you!
He's doing numbers immediately, that someone said he could not do! Proud of us for having his back & making it happen!😀
We are the culture ✊🏿✊🏿Our culture is more powerful than American culture itself. We got imposters in China,Iran,Egypt,Russia,Slovenia,Greenland,Gaza ECT.
Vlad is 🗑️. Hatin for now reason and Boosie runnin his mouth. DL be over there hatin' too. Bunch of whatevers
Let's run these numbers up so vlad can continue to cry 🤣🤣🤣
Even us in Africa got his back. Vlad will learn today!!
After that Vlad bs we ALL been searching for Marlon content and we gonna run up the numbers for that culture vulture Vlad.
Who else smiled the whole time watching this interview? Who else beemed with pride while Marlon told the story about taking his mom on a date? ❤❤❤❤
💫💯💫🎯💐
The way he spoke so lovingly about his parents almost made me cry. It’s so rare to have such a divine perspective about your family and your upbringing.
Beautifully stated!
It’s rare to actually have this sort of childhood.
❤️🔥 super refreshing and respectable
Two parent homes are important the wayanas bros are an example of that famous or not
Made me cry
This was the best 2 hour interview I've ever watched in my life. When I say "on the edge of my seat"! This was so inspiring, and it really pushed me to keep going!
His story about looking after his mother made me emotional bless him
Ikr! I pray I raise my kids to love me like this.
Shannon, it’s imperative that you invite Keenen and Damon to the show. Both are icons in their own right, with rich stories that deserve to be told. Their perspectives would be invaluable, and I’m certain the audience would deeply appreciate hearing from them.
I agree
And Shawn
Would love to see them also
Allofem...
I agree. Id appreciate one with Shawn and Kim
Vlad really underestimated how much the world loves Marlon Wayans. Marlon Wayans stays out the spotlight by choice not the other way around.
I love how Marlon can imitate his brothers to the T!! So wonderful to hear the stories.❤
I feel that Marlon does the most interviews but this is the first one to bring true light to this legendary family.
The stories about taking his mama out on a date and when she would look out of the window to watch them play brought me to literal tears and you can actually feel his pain when talking about her.
All is still good.
What? I bawled 🥺 you could feel the story and see it
You can't hate the Wayans that family single handedly gave us over 2 decades of pure laughter and have introduced so many stars at the same time just amazing they were raised right 🙏🏿🙏🏿
Over 3 almost 4
And Hope!
@@hotfeva9843 4 sir 4.... Scary Movie was 25 years ago.....
True 😊
2 decades??? You can't count baby. Lmao I'm just kidding but three or four decades
I remember I took my daughters to a book fair at UCLA and Kim Wayans was there signing her book. I thought it was so awesome that Keenan, Damon, Marlon and Sean were there supporting her. They were just sitting off to the side and nice enough to take pictures.
Benita Betrayal was one of my most favorite skits on In Living Color.
Super sweet!😊
It’s like he’s still talking to his mama I know she’s proud. We love you, Marlon!
Is it me or is Marlon kinda Fine
🧐🤔🤨
@@Invisible11 it’s not just you 😮💨
I love the way he gives his family the love and flowers that they deserve. Seem like they wasn't jealous or tried to out shine one another but came together and made legendary projects.
Yesss
No rivalry,,what so ever ... 🎉🎉
I think the reason why all of these interviews are so great is because Unc knows how to let people talk without interrupting them!! We ALL can probably learn from that! 🔥💪🏾
💯✨👑✨🎯
Liquor!
Bingo
Factssss
Vlad act like he always the one being interviewed. He got more stories than his guest.
My mom just passed away, and my granddaughter passed away in February. My one and only grandchild!! I truly understand when he says nothing in this life is important after a major loss. 😢 I just want to enjoy life and be a positive influence. Awesome interview
Sending nothing but love your way.🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊
May God continue to hold you up🙏🏾. Stay strong Queen
Lost my mom 3 weeks ago too I felt the same way too she was young 49 years old from lung cancer and she never smoked 😢 it was definitely a major loss also sending my love ❤.
🥰🥰🙏🏿🙏🏿
I had the honor to meet Marlon Wayans and bring him on stage to perform Stand Up when I was the MC and hosting at Marty’s Open Mic in LA. Marlon surprised all of us by dropping in, and he was super kind, humble and supportive of all us comics. He even took a pic with us and posted it on his IG story saying, “Come support creative minds here.” He didn’t have to do all that. He’s truly down to earth and a good hearted man. God bless him and his whole family ❤️
o
Shannon let’s people talk and tell their stories without interrupting. I love that because Marlon is an amazing storyteller. ❤
Marlon talking about his upbringing and childhood is so sweet
What I've learned all my life is the ones with the hardest upbringing be the ones who are the absolute MOST TALENTED😮
Ikr! I was smiling the whole time when he was talking about taking his mother to dinner.
Worth every minute. Marlon is royalty and so humble. Great interview ❤ from 🇵🇪
Marlon Wayans is the only interview where you can ask a solid 3 questions and get a full 1-2 hour conversation. His tangents don’t lose you, and still follow a linear path that lead to great, funny stories lol
Very enthralling, very demure lol
Shutup
And it's already at 1.3 million views. Vlad doesn't understand he isn't even in the same league as Marlon Wayan. Marlon generated BILLIONs on screen. Vlad is a TH-cam guy😂😂😂
@@Anthoneyyywe all know why you are mad Jeff😂😂😂 You all follow us like sick puppies. Can't stand us but seek us out. WEIRDO
Did you hear that, Vlad? He asked for what he was worth.
The way this man want us to know that Omar Epps is STILL his best friend! I love it! Real
Genuine folks
So glad he came to This platform where they actually let the guest talk
Katt Williams brought me here......💨😹💦💨😻
This man warms my heart, I love the way mom left dad to his beliefs Ada’s left mom to her beliefs. Ain’t nothing that means more than love. This show should be shown to all families who are struggling.
RIP Mr. Howell Wayans and his wife Elvira Alethia Wayans
We thank yall for The Wayans
Had no idea his dad was such a religious man, definitely inspiring to hear about it.
Valdimer didn't deserve this kind of quality conversation. I'm glad this worked out like this.
Vibes ✨🎊✨
I know a certain culture vulture is punching the air right now for not coughing up $40K and talking crazy and being crazy wrong. Marlon Wayans has been a ultra talented entertainer for decades. He and his family are legendary. This interview is amazing!
He deep his fam really well here. They should be proud
He could never ask these types of questions get this type of response.
Honestly I think he set that amount because he didn't want to do that guy's show and for good reason
He wouldn't bro he just want to know about did he get shot at in the hood or some bs@@davidstylespro
VladTV
I love when he said he has his Momma in his ear. Good man to listen to those words of wisdom. He knows right from wrong and that’s a rarity in Hollywood.
Don't ever disrespect any Wayans. He's literary like our family member in our living room everyday.
Great family of comedians... 🥰
Keenan seems so underappreciated to me. He was the comedy's creative genius. "Low Down Dirty Shame" is still one of my favorite Wayan movies.
Truthfully nepotism works when the talent is there. I don’t find anything wrong with family getting other family into the door. I appreciate how loyal they are to each other!
I REALLY needed to hear and see this…. NOTHING BUT LOVE TO SHANNON….& THE WAYANS FAMILY💪🏾
I was homeless in South Carolina and wrote Marlon on Twitter and he offered an *non speaking extra role like a background extra *for a movie he filming in the area.....I couldn't make it because it was too far to walk like 35 miles but I'll never forget that and he will forever be favorite of mine ❤ 56:15
That was nice that Marlon reached back to you 🙏🏿
Where in South Carolina? I ask because I'm from that state and do a little acting there and North Carolina.
That’s dope
You was suppose to walk them 35
