So as you say...sure it may not be that we know or even can know anything with 100% certainty but that sure doesn't mean that we have to believe the unknown percent...otherwise what's keeping us from determining 1% and just believing 99%. And this boils down to what is the percentage that makes us convinced of something without believing unknowable stuff while still retaining the option that that smaller percentage might invalidate the conviction...or it might enforce it would we ever learn that rest of the percentage.

I think illusion is the wrong word. When it comes to Consciousness and even the solidity of classical objects. Illusion implies some sort of trickery or something. I don't think the emergent properties of the universe are Illusions they're just emergent. You can simultaneously believe in a chair and the molecules that make the chair and the atoms that make the molecules and the electrons protons and neutrons that make the atoms and the quarks that make the protons and neutrons. And so on and so forth.
In some sense I agree with Carl Rogers that all of these things are equally real.

The real truth is we don't know way more about the universe than we "do" know. Theories are just that, theory... Not proof. Like the monkeys... One might try to eat the ball, another tries to mate with it, another finds you can spin it on one end. They can go on and on forever but since they don't measure things in feet and yards they will never even figure out the size of the field yet alone the actual game itself.

It's not OK to say I don't know, It's a defeat. A point of entry for the defeated. It's possible to imagine a quantum and a continuous reality. It's possible to render superposition using a computer, no need for Q bits. The problem is you can't create a point of origin and add geometry. Superposition is likened to a dragon, a snake or a river, the river flows continually, on occasions superposition pokes out it's head as a superposition of awareness, consciousness. That would be when the dragon or snake becomes aware of angle of view at a tangent to the river. The point of origin of our creation stories as seen by our ancestors after the 30th of June, 12,800 yrs ago. A new superposition slipped into seamlessly. Newton, Einstein and quantum mechanics play around the edge of that which is on the tip of our tong but can't yet be spoken of. We live in the double split where one thing is viewed as either a solid or a wave, rotate the wave and it's a solid, rotate the solid and it's a wave, spin.

Let’s see if that’s a thing people don’t understand about Saint Christopher, which is God. The only God is the creator of our universe, and only God could be in the world around the world and one night God.

We humans have known everything for eons. Time is everything. Pseudo scientist ignore time. The theory of everything has always been time. The edge of knowledge is a metaphor. Science rebukes metaphors. Time is knowledge and there is no edge of time. KNOW time KNOW knowledge. We have always experienced time through our star, the sun. KNOW*KNOW knowledge. Our star the sun is the reason humans can make observations. KNOw*KNOW observations. It is OK to say you don’t know if you don’t know. We know everything. Time is everything. 1:20

    ATHEISM IS DYING:
"Friends, the New Atheism movement rose quickly in the early 2000s, led by vicious critics of religion such as Richard Dawkins and Christopher Hitchens. What made their polemics so popular and effective? And how did the New Atheist movement decline and fade almost as quickly over the past few years?"
    Bishop Robert Barron
