  • Hy There,
    In this video i'll review another laser engraver wich is deffinitely a next level tool.
    It's Gweike G2 fiber laser, those kind of lasers are on market for quite a long time but their price was over $5-7k just a few years ago but gweike bring to us powerfull, extremely fast and precize fiber laser for amazing price, compare to some better diode or co2 laser machine.

    I forgot to tell, this laser also work with well known lightburn software, but Glaser softwer offer us everything we need and a lot more, but there is still option to use constantly developed lightburn software.
    This is so amazing machine because it work on many usefull materialls, like all kind of metals, inox, aluminium, brass, copper, plastic, leather, ceramic, tiles, and much more.
    beside of it's super power this laser engraver is also unbealivable fast, we can actually miss engraving process when blink with eye.
    I see lot of potential in that machine for some small buisness, i already make many engraves on my tools and home, but i afraid soon will be marked every object in my house :)

    I've watched as many reviews of this machine as I could find. Your review is by far the most complete and informative. Thank you very much!

      Thanks, yes price is really amazing, gweike simply make fiber laser affordable for hobby users, they also sell 100w mopa laser with 300mm working area for only 7-8k thats also amazing for some more serious buissnes.

    This seems like a remarkable price for so much capability.

    Speed wise - Wow. Not much more you can say!!! Be nice if was more like 250 or 300mm square.
    (and just an FYI - you're looking for the word copper. Not cupper)

    • @TinC33
      @TinC33  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks, i also google for that word and find out someone write copper and other cupper 🤷‍♂️ idk but maybe same think as aluminium/aluminum...
      Also i was think 150mm is a bit small area, but turn out that's enough for avarge user to enrave, but surely everyone has different needs, i think big area is more important on cutting machines, like diode lasers, plazma/laser cutting machines...

      @@TinC33 - Periodic table says copper (in english anyhow! Ha!), I'll stick with that. ;)
      And yes, for engraving your average text 150 is probably enough. I find the area of my K40 Co2 to be a bit small sometimes (really need to do a bed mod on it). I wonder if Gweike could mount the laser 'head' (guts?) on a small X/Y internal gantry. Then have it engrave in 4 quadrants to give 300*300.

      @@DrFiero you are tottaly right, i hope i'll remember for next time, funny thing is that i google while making engraves cuz i didn't know how to write copper or cupper, oh me and my self learning english 😅
      The way you thinking about expanding working area seem interesting as diy mod, but for one who need a machine to work accurate and out of the box will take some other model, gweike also sell (check on their website) fiber laser with mopa function (full colour engrave) power of 100w and working area 300x300mm and also auto focus for i think only 7 or 8k€ wich is funny price, for that price you got no more than basic 20w few years ago, for 100w mopa you would pay idk but about 20k+ those days.
      I think price is a game changer here.

      33:26 can you please link to the thermometer you were using? Is it a surface tester or uses IR to measure the temp?

    • @TinC33
      @TinC33  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@mvadu its an ir thermomether, i buy them about 15yrs ago for measure rc car and plane motors on temp on field, still got same battery 😀
      I buy in hobbyking store but no more availible, you can find same one with different logo somewhere else, just google or ebay for "Micro or mini infrared thermometer.
