    I stumbled across the sit down exercise video and made me sweat, then I tried the other videos and got addicted. I'm 54 and been in a slump but your workouts getting me active before my day. Never subscribed to a video but you're the 1st

    You know when it says do it 5 days a week can I do it Monday to Thursday and then Sunday 🤔

    old coworker uploading data from my pc; why they not focus on themself. Guess I am their leader as they dont know what to do so they ahve to copy me. Funny thing is I am putting duds out there to throw them the wrong direction. Hope they find themself soon.
