Im sorry some people are so rude and abusive to you. Its not like you started doing this yesterday 🙄 You work so hard and always have amazingly beautiful results. ❤
Good lord, that fact that you work your ass off, have a huge recurring customer base is proof of the quality of work you perform. Screw the naysayers!!!!! This job had obstacles from beginning to end. But as usual, you produced a beautiful job. Love the information you have been sharing with us. I didn't even know there was such a thing as a rubber roof. Thanks, Nick, for sharing your videos and your knowledge. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hey Denise, you say the nicest of things. I hope you know how much I appreciate your comments and kind feedback, it really does mean a lot ☺️. Big hugs 🤗
Ignore the "armchair experts" Nick, I think all of us watching realise you know exactly what you're doing here and aren't reducing the lifespan of the roof at all. Lovely job as ever! Have a great week and thanks for the upload :)
The world seems to be full of armchair experts, I know a couple,,,,, when they start prattling on about how this and that is wrong I step back and offer to let them do it,,,,,,, it's amazing how quiet they suddenly become,,,,,, you're doing a great job and your bookings are all the proof you need, take care mate,,,
Regarding the people that claim we damage the roof.. you just want to clear the gutters and you will see the sand and dust that comes off these roofs with weathering
Hey stop worrying about those negative comments. If they think they know better then tell them to start their own TH-cam channel and until they do ignore them. You do great work and you take great pride in what you do.
Buddy you do an amazing job it is what it is if people take offence don't watch or get it done . Maybe they need to find work themselves so less time to moan
I try to comment every week on your videos along with a thumbs up to help your channel grow. I see nothing damaged by you at any time. Just from a logical perspective, why would any homeowner voluntarily pay for a service if it damaged their roof?! 🤷♀ Makes absolutely no sense! Ignore those comments! Wonderful result as usual.
Sir Nick just remember what Taylor Swift sings "haters are gonna hate'. I love your work and enjoy all your videos. Sending love from Canada. Cheers from the pacific northwest.
Sorry to hear that some opinionated people are unaware of the benefits of roof cleaning , I would ignore them and block them. You are an honest hard worker with great results for your clients, take care.
Great advice, thanks @geometrymaster550. Their comments used to bother me years ago, but it's just water off a ducks back now. like you said, they just get ignored and blocked, and I think no more of it. Thanks for the great feedback too, all the best, Nick.
A cleaners job is surely not an easy one, some obstacles and drawbacks at every site. I like that you show all angles of the job. There is so much more involved than most realise. You are such a hard worker Nick and you soldier on. Hope you didn't catch a cold after this one. Thoughts and best wishes 🌈🌞☮
Gotta love when people pretend to be experts and disparage your work. They have no idea how things work. What do they think all that dirt and moss is going to do to the roof? 🙄 That coating goes away with the weather. You always do an amazing job Nick. You can tell you have a great deal of experience and know what you’re doing. Don’t listen to the “experts” and keep doing what you’re doing 😊
You jinxed yourself right in the beginning! lol straightforward clean with every obstacle imaginable in the way of letting it be straightforward! Pity they didn’t have a door in the fence where their bins are - that would have been brilliant
Had you thought about advertising for a metal worker to make some of those plastic caps in aluminium for you? Just a thought. That was an interesting video. I had no idea that roof tiles were coated.
You are such a hard worker and a man of integrity you always do a good job, good luck with getting an assistant it should certainly make life a bit easier for you, 🙂
Fantastic work Nick as always. Its great to witness the real life struggles on the tools. I love the way you explain everything and bring us up on the tower in real time. Take care buddy. 😊
Well done powering through that one. Didn't look like fun. And thanks for the little explanations throughout. Informative, educational, entertaining and inspiring. Sod the haters mate, you're a champ.
While before your experiment i never once thought about it, i found it fascinating to see. Good to know a powerwash is the same as scrubbing those tiles hard with some bleech.
I’m surprised it isn’t done entirely with chemicals just to make it easy like in the US. I suppose that type of roof may not respond to chemicals only. Either way what you do looks amazing. Well done.
Good job buddy! The naysayers I simply ignore on the basis that they've no idea what they're talking about but good on you for addressing them, suppose they can get frustrating! I guess the wet day was Tuesday - I started but was getting nowhere fast so binned it at midday!! 😂😂 Take care mate.
I'm proud of you in two ways. First I'm happy to hear that you will hire help next year, I've been waiting for these news 🎉 Second I still remember you being shy and have problems talking into the camera. I don't see any of that anymore, especially today you were a pro at waffling 😂 I'm really happy to see how you grew 😊 What kind of nozzle did you use on the garage? I was neither a turbo nor a fan nozzle, the form of the water looked like a hand fan. I guess it's less powerful than a turbo so you don't damage the rubber?
Thank you so much Tatjana, that really means a lot, a really lovely thing to say ❤️. Yes it was a fan nozzle, quite a wide one, a 40 degree nozzle, my usual fan nozzle is only 15 degrees 😊
The lichens are very slowly consuming the roof, cleaning it off and giving it the hypo treatment is stopping that, at least for a while.. Not hurting the roof at all.. 😊👍
Love your committment to quality work! Another job well done. The weather looked stormy and the flat roof looked scary slick. Hope you can go sit by the fire. Happy Halloween! Stay safe.
Great job! I did not know about the yellow lichens, that's a good thing to know for sure. Sometimes I have to tend to my bees in the rain, I hate it, they hate it and also they let me know 😅Cheers
Keep going i hope your channel will be so big that you can buy with youtube and sponsor money a nice setup to make your work more easy and that you can go faster. Hard working man wish you all luck.
Hi what do you treat it with afterwards? Is it the hypo? And if so do you not rinse that off or leave white marks? No negative comment by the way just curious pal good work
7:48 Mi Tower makes them plastic instead of metal so people will have to constantly replace the parts. 🙂 I could never do your job, I'm afraid of heights since I was 15 and my brother was 11 and pushed me off the garage roof and landed flat out on my stomach with the wind knocked out of me. Me, my sister (13) and brother used to jump from the garage roof to a 12 foot high mountain of solid dirt from my dad and his brothers digging out the foundation for the garage. That knocked the wind out of me! 🤕🤢🤮
I just realised you hypo your roofs. How come you don’t biocide and when it comes to hypo’ing roofs, if it’s a dry day, are you rincing it all off after or letting it stay?
It depends what you're planning on doing with it. Roof, patio and driveway cleaning, you don't really need heat. I only use my boiler when cleaning bricks, like ivy tendril removal, or graffiti removal
There’s always some keyboard warriors out there it doesn’t matter what job you do there is always someone who now’s better. I can understand that you wouldn’t pressure was a American shingle roof. Keep up the good work and don’t listen to the negative people out there a

Whats the difference between the flat surface cleaner and turbo nozzle on a roof? is there any roof that make you choose one over the other
