This is real talk here Anna
You have been doing magnificent work on this channel
Being an influencer shouldn't be about how many people watch your content but who you help be better a better version of themselves than they were before they found your channel
On the subject of mind stimulation I have put some potential articles for potential submissions to Pages and or Microsoft Word on certain topics of interest. If you want to try it yourself my advice is write about what you know.
I am not a psychologist myself but I took introduction to psychology and behavioral psychology as electives and I can say about anxiety it that it's not limited to one general area or topic of life.
I theorize people fear they're not always good enough for society standards like when they are doing something like this as an example
Sometimes at the end of the day you just have to validate your own worth and say to yourself "if they think I'm not good enough they don't deserve me"
It takes courage to have these conversations and many of us don't have the courage to even take the first step
We need more of these real talk videos

Have your hormones checked. My first panic attack was at 32. Then stopped, and when I got in my 40s it got extreme. My progesterone level was low. My doctor prescribed progesterone and within 30 minutes, it all went away. My life was terrible before from the crippling anxiety and panic attacks every night. I wound up getting on hormone replacement and have not had any anxiety or panic attacks since then.

Yes. I had a very long 8 year illness, I was very very sick and the more I thought about my symptoms the worst they would get. It was hard to walk and I was dizzy 24/7 for 2 years - vestibular migraines - but to overcome it, I fought it. I would not let it stop me, I would go out anyway dizzy or not and stop checking in how 'sick I was' that day. I now rollerskate, ice skate and went to Costa Rica for a month solo. I had terrible anxiety in my early 20s…..started out as health anxiety and blossomed into full blown agoraphobia …..I couldn’t leave my house and I nearly lost my job. I found a good psychiatrist and did go on medication. I got pregnant at 28 and it was the best thing for me. I found that when I had someone else who needed me to survive, I stopped focusing on myself. I’m 68 now and although I’m still an anxious person overall, I have learned to manage it. Age and wisdom certainly help a great deal. I agree Anna that a certain type of person is prone to anxiety…..I find we are deep thinkers and empaths…..we are also very self aware and introspective……those attributes are a blessing and a curse.

I'm so happy for you!!! The thing that helped me the most was when I had to go on a special diet for my heart. I started eating salmon 4 days a week, and also sardines, along with vegetables and no processed food, no grains, no diet soda, nothing bad. After a couple weeks of eating that way, I felt like I had a new personality! I wasn't afraid of things anymore and I started branching out, doing things that used to scare me. And I'm pushing 60, so it was surprising that I could change so much after so many years. I feel sharper and happier, more cheerful, more energetic, and things don't bother me the way they used to. I think I went a long time without getting the Omega 3 and healthy fats my mind needed to function well. Eating sardines and salmon has completely changed my life. I'm thrilled for you, because I love doing things that don't have any side effects. Everything you've done to improve your life can only help you and never hurt you. Way to go!!!!

I suffer from anxiety and a terrible "pure O" since 2017. I refused to take pills, I studied a lot and I decided to meet two psychotherapists. One of them taught me everything about how anxiety and OCD function but in the end told me there was no chance to heal from these problems, I had to cope with them. So I changed to a behavioral therapist and she is giving me weapons to de-construct my intrusive thoughts. I am now living again, after years of surviving. You can heal, even if not 100%. You really can, with efforts and time and patience. Thank you for sharing your experience!

She made me notice how my intrusive thoughts came from my too strong sense of responsability. I imagine the worst just like I'm testing myself. That's the key, the proof my fears are not real, just a projection of my anxiety. Now I label them, I try to think of them as clouds in my sky, trains I don't want to travel on, spots on my mirror. They are showing themselves less each day.

Thank you for sharing your story with anxiety. I was diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in 2017. It took me a while to come to terms with the fact I have a mental health disorder. The phrase that I came up with that has helped me cope is "I am not an anxious person, I'm a person that just so happens to deal with anxiety." This has helped me not identify myself with my anxiety and learn how to best move through life with it.

Anna, you could have it for as long as 20 years and not even know. When I had weight loss surgery and she gave a pain killer injected in my IV and some thing awful happen. I started feeling anxious and acting like I never had. My family noticed immediately and commented on it. I felt if my family walked out that hospital door I will never see them again, like I would die. Thank God for my nurse because it turned out that it was the pain killer injected in my IV that caused all as a side effect on me. I told I never want pain killer again, once
was awful. I rather have pain and peace than anxiety but luckily, I didn't need even need a Tylenol because I didn't have any pain and everything went back to normal.

Im resonating with a lot of Anna’s videos recently because in order to be elegant, seated in your body and spirit, seated in your own personal power, goals, and seated as an attractive, real, and comfortable person to experience (even by others), you really have to arrest the following: loss/lack of genuine self knowledge, cure limiting beliefs and develop your authentic boundaries and personhood, get rid of anxiety, fear, mental weights (especially invented ones) and invest spiritually in your worth, value, and identity.

I don’t feel I have the same anxiety, but what i do after work, from the start of 2024, is cutting down on watching the news. As a communication specialist, I must be alert on the Media, but since I don’t work in the Media, I put a halt on watching televised tv. I may read some news, and I stay away from bad news, such as crime, violence.
The other thing I do, is reading books, biographies, and other.
I didn’t have the time or energy to do that the last years, now, I back on it.
It eases my mind, I learn new word, new verbal structure, I really love it.
As a mum of a dog, I take love from him. Thus, I am not that anxious any more, he is 2,5 years old, and now know how to prevent anything.
Lastly, I don’t have a relationship at the moment, no kids either.
    I stopped stressing on that.
I feel its me, myself now. It’s always us first!
And the funny thing is, I feel cool and safe.
    Love you ❤️💯

❤ I think it’s also important not to blame ourselves too much considering there are numerous people out there who have a way of twisting and manipulating situations and who we are, all over the place to suit them. Some even have a way of making us think bad about ourselves and that we owe them something. What happens is that this also was in our upbringing and certain people know how to use this because we show them with our manners. We have to get an understanding of the good qualities we have and know that we cannot satisfy everyone. If someone is making it known that they are never satisfied with how we are or what we do, they are attempting to enslave us to their needs. We need to be are own and know that they will need to learn to be okay with that. We have a right to our own needs also. So just understand that you all are worthy. Don’t have to have the approval of anyone who will never give it to you. Take back your power and have faith that it will work out.

Thank you for talking about this topic and normalizing that even successful people such as yourself can struggle with mental health problems. Even though there is a lot of conversation nowadays about mental health, as a therapist we still see older clients (40 plus) who have never been to therapy even though they have needed it and are very reluctant to access therapy because of the stigma that was associated with it for so long (and still is to some degree). I'm glad that you found something that was helpful for you. No approach is a one-size-fits-all and people should seek the support/therapeutic approach that works best for their particular situation.
Also, don't take it personal that your psychiatrist had a waitlist. It is very normal for busy clinics to put on a waitlist. I currently have one and I hate turning clients away, but in reality there is only so many people we can see without burning ourselves out, so in order to provide best client care, we do have to sometimes put on a waitlist when our caseload is too large. Best of luck in your recovery! :)

I am so grateful you are addressing the topic of anxiety. If someone has mood swings, panic attacks, and ongoing free-floating anxiety, it is a good idea to get counseling from an effective professional. All of these symptoms can possibly be due to unresolved issues and wounds from childhood. A professional can help someone through the grieving and healing process. Anna, you’ve made so many videos about beauty and glamorous lifestyle, and I really appreciate you being so open and honest and vulnerable now. Nobody’s life is perfect, no matter how much money or beauty a person has. You are obviously evolving in your life and this will inspire others. There’s nothing wrong with beauty and high-end lifestyle, but personal/spiritual growth is so important to have a fulfilling life. Best wishes to you on your journey.

Anna, thank you so much for the bravery and vulnerability you shared with us. These things are certainly not easy to do, but please know I think you are an incredibly brave, strong, intelligent woman, and I for one found your story deeply helpful. I've felt anxiety creeping into my life too. I'm 39 and I often worry about the future, particularly how to afford a house in an expensive country and retirement. I also just left a toxic boss who was deeply critical and emotionally absent which compounded things. My once healthy self esteem is...gone. I'm so scared of making a next move because I fear the next toxic boss. I feel paralyzed. You have confirmed what that small voice inside of me is saying: seek help now before things snowball. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for just being a normal person and sharing. Help now feels very accessible.

Anna, thank you for this video. I'm also a business owner and my anxiety started right when I started it (3 years in now). Somehow, before I didn't connect the dots that it might have started right at this point (I blamed pandemic, but its over now) as society romanticizes starting your own business and sees it as an ultimate goal. However, for many of us it comes with a cost. Thank you so much for speaking about it, it means a lot.

My panic attacks started this summer when my husband left me in the middle of in vitro process. This ultimate betrayal left me with my body shut down, hormonal damage and uncontrollable panic attacks. My solution to those: meditation, breathing work, walks in the woods/ parks and journaling. Any form of therapy (for the moment maybe) aggravated it.

Hey Anna, this is a great thing to share publicly. I applaud you! So many people suffer from anxiety and it seems like the increasing awareness has helped de stigmatize it. I “escaped” my anxiety for years with alcohol. What I didn’t realize was that my alcohol use was actually contributing to my anxiety. The more my drinking got out of control, the more my anxiety became out of control. My blood pressure increased from the heavy alcohol use, and the anxiety over what I had done when I was drinking compounded my problem. I was in and out of the hospital with anxiety attacks that felt like heart attacks.
I’ve been sober for 2 years, and I’ve also been gloriously free from anxiety for the whole time I’ve been sober! I will never turn over my life again to escaping with alcohol. There are so many healthy ways that I have learned to cope with life’s challenges. I see a therapist every 3 weeks. I was treated with Effexor by a Psychiatrist. And I continue to work my recovery program, living life by the 12 steps. I have been happier and calmer than ever. But, it all takes WORK. I like that your story conveys what it takes to get a handle on our mental health needs.

    Dear Anna,
I've watched you grow and honestly you've brought a light to high society that hasn't really been talked about before.
People have this skewed idea of how high society is or should be but you've personally brought some level of... authenticity to it all. The video prior to this one made me question as to WHY I want the things that I want in life and the answers to my own questions have never been more clear till now, thanks to you.
You've taken that prestigious veil off to everyone who's pursing a certain lifestyle and there is such a thing as "too much of a good thing". People get bored and start chasing things like luxury brands and labels but in reality, at the end of the day, you might be thinking that you're just going to be judged for having a humble slow life.
I think you embody what true high society was/should be. There's a quiet confidence about you now despite there being so much anxiety in the present day.
    You're different and I appreciate that ❤
