I love how they always say "it's a fact" when it is not a fact. I also love how heretics, Muslims and other non-believers always make it their priority to slander and attack Paul, he is hated almost as much as Jesus himself, it just goes to show he was a real man of God.

Shocking fact: Paul is actually mentioned in the qur'an as a messenger (surah 36:14 - Ibn Kathir's commentary). They don't know their own religion.

@@DankusMemicus Seeing as Paul predates the Quranic texts by almost 600 years, with no Muslim scholar an eyewitness to his work (compared to the likes of Timothy, Philemon, etc.,) I'd take the contents of the Qur'an about Paul with a grain of salt.

@@ryuulee9404 Of course, but that wasn't my point. Muslims like to attack Paul, but he's mentioned in their texts as a messenger.

This is true, the Muslims I’ve debated with have basically all claimed that Christianity is the “religion of Paul”.

@@DankusMemicus I'm not disputing that. There are many Biblical characters mentioned in the Quranic texts, however, the narrations around them are historically inaccurate.
Seeing as Muhammad got his early information about the Judeo-Christian teachings/traditions from his wife's Christian uncle, it is little wonder that they appear in the later Quranic texts. It's a historically inaccurate retelling of the oral traditions he had probably heard over time before his rise to 'prophet' status.

Well actually they are generally using the word fact somewhere according to definition since the definition of fact is something that can be proven true or false. This nonsensical rambling can be proven false therefore it is a fact.

Fact. A lot of people hate the grace of God that Paul emphasizes, because it demolishes PRIDE. None are worthy, grace is free, and all your works are filthy rags. People just can't accept that free grace is for everyone, not just them because they're "such a good good perfect Christian person"

Marcion created the one canon that rejected three of the Gospels. He only accepted Luke and a few of Paul's letters. But, his short canon was specifically to promote a heretical version of Christianity.

There's a kernel of truth to this - Marcion produced the first canon, and he was *extremely* Pauline in his approach. His canon was basically Luke plus the genuine epistles of Paul.
That's far from the same thing as Marcion being responsible for Paul being in our modern bibles. By the time the modern canon was established in the 4th century, Marcion was dead for two centuries.

It's crazy how Muslims speak against Paul though their prophet never said anything negative but rather stole from the Bible a story that proves Paul was an apostle. Paul is the 3rd messenger mentioned in the Quran's 36th chapter. It was Sham'un (Simon Peter), Yuhanna (John) and the name of the third was Bulus (Paul).

@UrsahSolar Shalom! Peter also cautioned us that Paul's writings would be mangled. Paul was a strict adherant to the law. Scripture shows Paul and all the Apostles and disciples never veered from 7th day Worship, kept the dietary laws, and honored every Scriptural feast until the day they died.
The issue is that most professing to love The Most High YAHUAH and HIS Son YAHUSHA, which means YAHUAH is Salvation, don't Obey The Commandments. Even though YAHUSHA said "If you Love me, you will Obey my Commandments"
What do you believe Scripture means when it shows YAHUSHA saying, "Depart from me, you workers of lawlessness/inequities? I never knew you!"
The letter J wasn't invented until 600 years ago.

He lies twice to King Agrippa in Acts 26:19-23. He lies about the same issue from before, but also says that he was preaching “works worthy of repentance.” Not only is there no evidence of him preaching this in Acts, we also know for a fact that the only thing Paul ever has to say about works is that they are meaningless to salvation.
He constantly lies about Old Testament scripture throughout his epistles. Romans 9:33 is a good example. Ephesians 4:8 is another. They are all over the place.
      He is, irrefutably, a liar.

The Marcionite canon essentially consisted of a Gospel that appeared to be derived from Luke, and 10 of the letters of Paul. That's it. No Matthew, Mark, John, 1/2 Timothy, Titus, Hebrews, non-Pauline epistles, or Revelation, and no Old Testament at all. Oh, and the "son of Satan" bit? That was what Marcion was called by Polycarp, Bishop of Smyrna, and Polycarp himself cited Paul's letters and referred to them as Scripture.
