I am the honest vocal coach! I have been teaching for 15 years and been singing since I was 16. I teach from my own studio and also teach and mentor via email, and online via Live & Skype. I specialise in teaching children, and teenagers pop and musical theatre but I am trained in all genres of music. I have studied every voice technique there is, including Speech Level Singing, Estill, Bel Canto, Robert Lunte, London College of Music, ABRSM, Ria Keen, Kim Chandler, Stevie Van Lange and many more. I have been around!
In 2008 I wrote the Vocaltutor Guide, 21 set lessons for singing teachers to get started, learning to teach, and produced 3 vocal exercise CD/Downloads.
I am now working on my first online singing programme. The Foundations of Singing that will be available on Udemy.

I saw the video where Pink saw her singing "audition" video and she blew her away then!! Davina followed up with a "Pink Made me Famous" video, and I am just soooo very happy for her!!! (I think that tiny bit of accent bleed through gives her more edge!). Thanks so much!
The footage of Davina Michelle's performance in this video was recorded when she was one of the opening acts for Pink in The Hague last month. She deserved a spot on that stage and was absolutely amazing!

So pleased to be back to the home background! The blue one looked good, but this is so much more personable. I enjoyed the song and the vocals. It's nice to hear a powerful breakup song rather than a sad one. Yeah! Great sound to her voice too. and of course awesome pants (trousers) certainly help! love it!
I was at the concert in The Hague and saw the performance of Davina as well. I was surprised by her live-capabilities, it was very good. But you are right, it is edited/dubbed. It is a shame really, because the performance and energy were even better. No false note whatsoever during her live-performance, which I can't say of an another support act (Vance Joy)...

I was there in the crowd...she sounds exactly like this...the only thing there was a lot of wind and the mic had to pick that up too I guess...So I don't know how they made this sound so clean. But her voice is really like this live....

Davina Michelle was/is doing well on youtube but when P!nk reacted to the cover 'What About Us' her world has become more solid . Her voice is clear , her performance energetic , her music is modern . I personally do not like this kind of music but I know she's not a one hit wonder.!
