11:35 if you want this achievement, try breeding a legless dog with one that has all 4. The number of variations I got when I did this was insane, and it did get me the achievement by the third generation. I'm probably luckier than most, but I tried it again and it worked just as well the 2nd time
I did it this way too, it didn't happen the first time, but the second time I tried the same coupling it worked. Now I get those missing front left leg dogs all the time.

@classiqq !! (bojingles) I’m not sure. Honestly one-winged-angel has always been a toss up for me. Every time I’ve gotten it, it was from two winged dogs who were a genetic disaster haha
@classiqq !! (bojingles) I got it by taking two dogs in the simulator, both with wings, and just breeding winged ones past 0% and eventually one only had one wing. Just keep breeding them down to low stability and funky things will start to happen.

You can plant seeds without holes. Just go to the seeds section in building, click a seed packet, and click the place on the ground.

Agreed! In fact, for the basic trees, especially, I only plant them from the menu, because then I can resize them like any other object. Teeny tiny young trees! Giant trees bursting through the ceiling and roof of the pen!
I had surgery today and am now laying in the hospital, this is making this whole stay so much better

And praising the dogs to do stuff can be super helpful if you want them to do something more! I do it a lot for the little bounce things they do sometimes because it's SUPER cute how they just do a little dance and have hearts all around them ❤
Hey Therm! I have a small trick that may help if you get an unwanted mutation in the future, so if it helps ill share it with you.
If you save your game before you either pupate or hatch your dog, you can reload if a dog gets something unwanted or game breaking. While im not sure how well itll work, i know its helpful because i used it to reverse an unwanted mutation on one of my own dogs. Anyways, hope this helps! (PS, you dont have to get a dog to dig to plant things, you can just go to the builder and click the shovel at the bottom)

love seeing you training the dogs and such, and i’m definitely invested in this new breeding experiment!
try to praise them while they're eating/digging/etc it makes the process a lot faster! (works best with puppies and juveniles. however petting them while they're busy seems to interrupt them)
getting spindly may take a few generations of selective breeding too :3 (i fed my dogs banana's for that achievement)
I think Randy (the gift dog that teaches you breeding) by default has the missing left leg gene as a hidden gene because that Tripod setup was one of my earliest mutations.

I’m so excited to see you get the one winged angel one, also, you don’t have to do this, but I would breed one of those dogs that just don’t exist(ya know what I’m talking about) with another, then get one of the puppy’s that are normal, I miss the crazy mutations that happened with those genes, again you don’t have to but it would be fun! I have a suggestion! I think you should move the tube between the grave yard and main room down so the dogs can visit the grave yard and it's easier for ghosts to enter the main room!

Since this is getting so close to becoming your longest running series, a reminder that you shouldnt be afraid to take a break if you start feeling burnt out! Better to nip it in the bud and take a week or 2 off than to end up feeling terrible and needing to cancel the series

Ah yes, some wobbledogs to soothe my hurricane jangled nerves.
edit: you could have just built a tunnel to your new room and move an existing dog there and back. then delete the tunnel.
Also, I got the missing leg achievement pretty early into my game. I think I fed my dogs too much poop because I found a cluster of like 10 dud eggs. I fed at least 1 to each of my dogs. That might have been what did it.
Wobbledog Wednesdays are my meditation, safe space and comfort. Can't wait to see you finish the last couple achievements!

The storage boxes are also really great at transporting items! If you have a box in room A, and a box in room B, and decide to take all your cocoons from room B to room A, you can store all of the cocoons into room A's box and then immediately remove them to appear in room A!

To make the dogs stop fighting, you can scold them whenever they fight, just something. Also trained traits will be passed onto to the dogs offspring

When he made the space room the play room I was immediately like "oooh he should make a tunnel from the main room to the play room so that they can hang out"
If you really want to get those achievements done just make a ton of those simple dogs, they don’t require eggs to make, and they are starting off simple
I adore this series so much! It makes for a nice break during the work week to just chill for a few.
also I bought the game for myself yesterday, and the FIRST TIME I bred a dog I got the only left leg missing achievement so I guess I'm just really lucky

Fun fact: when caterpillars pupate they basically melt into goo inside the cocoon and reform into the butterfly… so that’s what’s likely happening to the dogs too

The difference between high and low quality dog cores is that one died of old age (high quality) and one died of another cause (low quality).
If you want that frontal leg gone, use a full legged dog and a no-legged dog to breed and try and make one, likely the best chances you will get unless you have a dog missing both front legs.
You can also plant seeds without digging holes, it’s in the build menu, if you need more seeds, just dig, add a lot of dens in one room and train a dog to dig.
Oh boy I can't wait for next episode! I wanna see the new spindly pup when you breed it. Honestly I love Wednesdays ❤️ because of this series

If you hit 'Praise' just right, you can max out a dog's Sleep stat in one nap.
Note that petting will wake them up! And older dogs learn slower.

What I did was I bred a dog missing it’s front right leg and kept doing that until I came across a dog with no front left leg.

You should try breeding down to 0% stability, as you start finding dogs with new mutations the lower you go. It is great for getting achievements.
He's done that in all the other episodes, don't worry :)
