Hey Therm! I have a small trick that may help if you get an unwanted mutation in the future, so if it helps ill share it with you. If you save your game before you either pupate or hatch your dog, you can reload if a dog gets something unwanted or game breaking. While im not sure how well itll work, i know its helpful because i used it to reverse an unwanted mutation on one of my own dogs. Anyways, hope this helps! (PS, you dont have to get a dog to dig to plant things, you can just go to the builder and click the shovel at the bottom)
Make sure that when Lunge and Protractor X die their kids can eat them so they can inherit their genes more! And praising the dogs to do stuff can be super helpful if you want them to do something more! I do it a lot for the little bounce things they do sometimes because it's SUPER cute how they just do a little dance and have hearts all around them ❤

Also, I got the missing leg achievement pretty early into my game. I think I fed my dogs too much poop because I found a cluster of like 10 dud eggs. I fed at least 1 to each of my dogs. That might have been what did it.

The storage boxes are also really great at transporting items! If you have a box in room A, and a box in room B, and decide to take all your cocoons from room B to room A, you can store all of the cocoons into room A's box and then immediately remove them to appear in room A!

whenever a dog is to insane to be in the world go to settings then gameplay settings and enable capped genetics so you can let any dog out no matter how insane it is and also it will change the dog and reduce lag disable it when you want your dogs to go back to normal
I fell asleep during this episode and dreamt that the long legg boios would have such long legs that theyd go to the ceiling after pupation. That was wacky
I wonder what on God's earth happens if he breeds both of the massive glitch dogs. I also wonder if you breed one with one of the default dogs what may happen, will the defaultness of the dog counteract the big boi and give us a pretty big but not glitchy dog or will it just be glitch dogs?
If you really want to get those achievements done just make a ton of those simple dogs, they don’t require eggs to make, and they are starting off simple

The difference between high and low quality dog cores is that one died of old age (high quality) and one died of another cause (low quality). If you want that frontal leg gone, use a full legged dog and a no-legged dog to breed and try and make one, likely the best chances you will get unless you have a dog missing both front legs. You can also plant seeds without digging holes, it’s in the build menu, if you need more seeds, just dig, add a lot of dens in one room and train a dog to dig.
