I’m so thankful for this information! I was on an oral antibiotic for staph/eczema for 10 days but the staph just wanted to come right back after the course ended! Thankfully I found this video the day the course ended and have been able to incorporate ACV, silver, rose hydrosol. My skin is clearing up and becoming so much stronger, smoother, supple! I’m seeing a nutritionist also and working on healing my gut because there are problems there too (like histamine intolerance).

I've been using Dr. Julie's Hydrosol, aloe and coconut oil protocol in that order on my armpits and I'm seeing immediate improvements! Thank you

Hey! Thanks for sharing . Which hydrosol do you use?

I found one at local heath food store. Frankincense hydrosol. I use that and then raw coconut oil after it dries.

Hi would changing the ph for seborrheic derm also help ? I’m currently using MCT on my skin and I realized the pH of that product is 7.1.

You can visit plant therapy online, they have hydrosols there. I’m using tea tree hydrosol for my daughter’s eczema. It’s gentle and effective. Hope this helps

You can add it to water to dilute it - but it may still sting (it did for me), but I know people have gotten great results from it.

@@EczemaConquerors would changing my oh help with seb derm too ? I’m currently using MCT oil on my face. Someone recommended it on a Facebook page and it seems to help a bit because it’s a antifungal, but I also know that it’s a higher pH of 7.1 and I use this every day and every night.

Dr Greenberg said she starts with a 50/50 dilution and goes from there. If it stings too much, more water to ACV ratio.
