    My hip flexors are so weak these are really challenging

    Would building yourself up to 30 holds be a good udea

    Hey man great vid. I really get those horrible crampy sensations almost like a pinge... Is there some way to ease this. I'm trying to get to a wide leg pike press to handstand or whatever the moves called. But this feels like a bit of a barrier at this stage

      Omg, I'm having the same issue. It's really discouraging.

      @@oceanwaves5864 yeah man... I think it just takes forever practice... You really have to just practice activating your muscles while in a deep stretch position to gain control over the muscle in this position...
