Hey man great vid. I really get those horrible crampy sensations almost like a pinge... Is there some way to ease this. I'm trying to get to a wide leg pike press to handstand or whatever the moves called. But this feels like a bit of a barrier at this stage
@@oceanwaves5864 yeah man... I think it just takes forever practice... You really have to just practice activating your muscles while in a deep stretch position to gain control over the muscle in this position... Hope that information helps you.. Good luck
