Thank you for doing this. I always report when I see these accounts. Honestly though, I've given up warning people off of these accounts. They never react well. Some of them get so combative because they are utterly convinced that they've been engaging with the guys. And I'm sure some of them are embarrassed to have been taken in. I've been blocked by so many of these people. Some have told me that I'm just jealous that "fill in the member name" isn't talking to me. The delusion is wild. I've even had a TH-cam reactor block me because I pointed out that he was interacting with these phony accounts. Sigh.
FB is worse. People are sending the pretend BTS members iTunes gift cards and no matter what you say, they won't believe you when you tell them they are scammers and "Yoongi is not short of money because he cant access his bank while enlisted." 😒
These are worrying as there are obviously people who think these are genuine BTS accounts. They can write anything, about their views, their politics, etc and people will think it is BTS opinions. Very scary. No wonder they just keep everything going through the one official channel, it is safer that way.💜
The number of these fake accounts on Twitter or FB is insane.... but what's more insane to me is that many people actually fall for it🤦 I think it's mostly new or young Army, because the rest know better than to trust something that Bts has not confirmed!
The sad part is I actually fell for such accounts when I first joined the Fandom and finally started using twt more frequently... thankfully my frnds from discord who have been in the Fandom longer told me the truth nd I unfollowed all such accounts😪😪🤧
