I use a digital voice simplex frequency set by Southeastern Repeater Association (SERA). Under their band plan, it doesn't state the mode or modulation type (D-STAR, YSF/C4FM, DMR etc), unless it has updated recently. I do recommend checking your local RF governing body and downloading a PDF for reference. Some locations might have a portion of 70cm just for hotspots, not all do. One quick question, will WSPD firmware work on my Zumspot 3.5 Nextion hotspot? If so, I'll try to write a SD card and give it a whirl.
Not possible as the zumspot will not cross mode from D-Star to DMR. As of now, I believe the OpenSPOT 4 Pro is the only hotspot that has the ability to cross-mode from D-Star. Hope this helps, 73!!
Thanks for sharing Great Stuff as always
Thanks for sharing this - I have a Pi I bought last year that I may convert to a hotspot
Holy hell, it sells for almost $300!! I can put together one that works just as well for $50. A raspberry Pi Zero 2W and a MMDVM Hat.
lol good luck 😂
