FINALLY hyper sonic has been used after 30 years 😭🙏
This reworked version of Supreme looks way better than the original. The way he has more QTEs looks like it makes it alot more fun and challenging to fight him especially at a low strength level. Also Starfall Hyper looks amazing! If only the developer of Frontiers could take notes!
He looks a bit off like nothing close to what happened in the game at all plus the gameplay and qte don't change anything its the same
“Take notes.” Are we forgetting Giganto is a fantastic boss fight, or Wyvern is a decent boss fight, or Knight is a very good boss fight.
The devs straight up taken a play tester advice, that the open zones were to empty, and to big. So they spent the last year of development, adding open zone platforming, and probably cyberspace.
Only thing I would say for the devs, is they need to, “take notes” with the combat. Sonic is way to OP, with the attacks causing slow motion, or freezing time, Even with level 1 stats, At extreme difficulty. And that parry being way to long, so long where the visual cues to parry are a mess, where you have to parry way earlier, or later. Aside from update 3 supreme auto aiming energy spheres, and the super sonic, combat flat out has no cooldown at all, you can spam the stomp and cross slash attack, constantly with super sonic and infinite combo the titans with 1 button press. And normal sonic combat cooldown, just spam stomp at the ground, and you can spam 1 attack, over and over again. Cross slash stomp jump cross slash repeat for normal sonic. Before update 3 I thought, The devs straight up don’t know how to do, cooldowns for the attacks, in this game, And speaking of extreme difficulty, When you get attacked up in the air, you can parry or quick step, to straight up bypass the ring loss script.
At least 75% of the issues, I have with sonic combat, which is a lot, is improved with Amy Knuckles or Tails combat.
And good thing, the reforged combat mod solves sonic combat.
Because the only reason I see people criticise the titans, aside from Wyvern automatic red carpet quick step section, Is sonic combat is terrible. I mean the reason why the trials Are the most hated thing in update 3, is due to sonic combat being way to OP. And the only trial that even teach players, to perfect parry well, is trial 2, the rest are a joke.
I genuinely hate to sound ungrateful. I appreciate you using SHS, but in like 5 vids now, you used Realtime Definitive without crediting the team.

Im credited in this video for Starfall Hyper Sonic. In this and like 2 other videos, a project I own named Realtime Cutscenes Definitive Edition, is not credited despite being used. I'm not even saying it for me, it's because the team who assisted me are some good peeps and deserve the credit

Whoever created this mod is way too brilliant for their own good! Adding quick time events and more chaotic attacks make Supreme much more menacing!

If your talking about Super Sonic 2...that's just the file name for the form...in the Sonic community, it's dubbed "Starfall Super Sonic"
So while it is somewhat a ripoff of SSJ2, you have to remember that Super Sonic was INSPIRED by Super Saiyan, it was not ripped off from Dragon Ball
