I love how Neo Metal Sonic speaks for a lot of fans who felt Infinite should've been the final boss.

The fact that neo metal Sonic appears blows my mind. It is said in idw that eggman intended to use neo metal Sonic in war,But when neo metal Sonic was ready, the war of Sonic forces was already over. But here we can see what it would have been like if neo had been finished on time
Wait. The original metal sonic was in sonic forces. I didnt know that. I only seen the cutscenes of sonic forces but not every single scene besides the cutscenes. I only know replica metal sonic.
This mod reminded me of why I loved Sonic as a kid
This is the most Sonic Adventure type thing I've seen since Sonic Unleashed. I can't thank the devs enough for making this. It feels like the old Sega made this.
All of the voice acting was good, but I was really impressed with how on point Infinite was. It almost sounded like the original voice in Forces.

I love how this Sonic is a mix between the forces and Frontiers voice of Sonic. Idk if it's intentional or not but I like it.
I was kinda hesitant on this project considering Forces general structure, but this blew my expectations out of the water. I'm still surprised by the amount passion and talent this fanbase has.
This is an amazing fan project, all it needs is for the cutscenes to be animated in 3d and it will be absolutely golden

What I like most about Metal and Infinite's partnership here is that for all that Infinite gives Metal shit for being "just like eggman", Metal didn't abandon him even in the end. For all that they argued, Metal could have tried to throw Infinite under the bus and escaped to fight another day, but instead chose to stick around and combine their powers.
Even if he made many of the same mistakes that eggman did by getting too confident and not killing Sonic when he could, he proved that he is more like the real Sonic than he is just another badnick, by choosing teamwork and companionship over self preservation.
Idk why you're praising this partnership so much, it was clear Metal cared more about being the true Sonic than he did being genuine partners with Infinite. Eggman never threw Infinite away, and Infinite showed respect towards him for granting him this power and giving him the opportunity to become something more. Yeah he was sassy a couple times, but he never indicated once that was going to betray Eggman or did Eggman ever throw Infinite out. That's what I loved about their relationship in the actual game and this butchers it lol
@@chrange9714 That's an actually idiotic take. You do know Eggman is directly responsible for pulling infinite from the final fight right? They never had respect for each other. This doesn't butcher anything. Multiple times Eggman treated infinite as if he was just something to command as well. You literally don't know what you're talking about.

Face it, this Fan project is so much better and an improvement upon what Forces was. Now stop defending Forces and Just say you’re biased.
I seriously cannot believe this mod's been in development since 2018. 5 YEARS of hard work to make this ambitious mod. You really gotta hand it to everyone involved.
This was amazing damn I would pay to play this compare to getting the Og Game free any day.
But on a Serious note this was nothing short of phenomenal and it's amazing on how this all came to be. Taking the complete laughable base game of Sonic Forces and turning this into Short but really well executed Overclocked Mod is beyond words.
Congratulations to everyone who worked on this you guys deserved all the praise and merits from this.
I love Sonic Forces Overclocked it's a Masterpiece 10/10 and Great job on Completing the game!

Short, but gold, this mod was pretty sick. The music slapped, the story was interesting. I wish there was more because the story is really interesting. At the end of the day, it is a 9.5/10 for me 😀👍

Having Starlight Zone in the beginning before Green Hill is very clever, I'm pretty sure they intended for the Island were on to be South Island despite the game never stating it outright.

Now THIS should've been the game.
The team really out did themselves, finally seeing infinite recieve better story aspects alongside Eggman and the rest of the main crew.
Voice Acting, Art Design, Game Soundtracks were all just the chefs kiss, 10/10.
As well as the addition to Neo Metal Sonic is absoloutely fitting for the theme of this game with the eventual tease for a possibility for a newer project.
Extremely Good Game and would love to see further installments from the team!! ❤🔥

The ending with Metal Sonic and Infinite had me laughing. Why wasn't this the actual Sonic Forces. Infinite and Metal sonic are even the final boss. Like why? Why go the lazy route and have the heroes fight Robotnik. I would prefer something like this as a plot twist. Infinite even made it clear he was working for Robotnik for his own selfish reasons.

I like how this kind of further ties together the end of forces and the start of the IDW comics
Now this is what the dlc should of been
Wish someone did super sonic vs full potential infinite in some way and make the battles take place in different realities that could be past sonic games or alternate versions of sonic stages from alternate versions of sonic games ( for example if terios was the final design for shadow and the stages looked different in SA2)
Except for the voices being different, you could've easily have me believe that this was an actual DLC for Sonic Forces. Amazingly made, my friend 👏👏

Awesome Video! Zero/Infinite The Jackal still needs a redemption story just like his Nintendo Counterpart Skull Kid did.
I know this is a mod, but it looks pretty fire, it's like you've added new level aspects to the game that Sega never even thought of. I give it a 13/10
Adrenaline Dubs did phenomenal work in this! Neo Metal Sonic and Infinite were standout performances here.

If Tangle and Whisper from the IDW comic series were in this and partnered up with that Avatar guy, it would have been nice. 59:18, I was kinda hoping that the boss theme they use for Neo Metal Sonic and Infinite would've been a fusion of "What I'm Made Of" and Infinite's theme, but this one sounds good

Maybe should consider hiring their fans to make the games, I know that Sonic Mania is joint effort of the fans and the Sonic Team.

Altogether this game was amazing and much bette then Main forces at story telling and I love it. Unfortunately, I was expecting a more dramatic and epic final boss where Sonic would need the chaos emeralds to defeat Overclocked infinite, using the help of eggman who knew Their weaknesses and would help battle infinite by using the prototypes.
But I love it either way, as the final boss was still better then main forces.
