Funny that! I never really considered how simillar my cycle touring set up is compared to a motorcycle set up! Of course I mainly average about 40-60 miles per day by bicycle and buy food along the way or don't eat for a day or two, but I do need water! Water weighs a lot! Really good commercial for Lone Rider items among others - I also have a Red/Wht T7 and have been wondering how best to keep weight down yet comfort up from what I used to bring on my GSA before it burned up in the Oregon fires. The T7 is a bit more sensitive to weight so really have to consider - your presentation is quite encouraging and your choices look high quality and well organized. I looked at your entire list but found some items did not include brand and model such as the "ultralight sleeping mattress", sleeping bag and inflatable pillow - care to share a bit more? Much thanks for the excellent presentations!

I personally would choose softer panniers but those ones has some pros as well. It can protect your stuff inside.
