    OMG! I think I can do this! Thank you soooo much. This is probably the 5th different granny stripe blanket tutorial I’ve tried and the first one that makes sense to me. I have so many bits of scrap yarn that need to be blankets. Can’t wait to get started.

    Thank you for the details on how you do the colour change! It's exactly what I needed to hear since my granny stripe blanket is quite loose, so weaving to join wouldn't work well.

    Love this granny stitch u always make tutorials crochet dummy(me):) free. Can I use a solid colors or variegated colors with this stitch.? Trying to make a large for fall.

    about half way through with a blanket,and I noticed it is warped or un even...I counted the stitches and I think there is the same about in the first rows as the last ones what did I do wrong?

    After I do that 1st of 3 dbl crochet st in the 3rd hole I have no idea where to enter the for the 2dn & 3rd time....every hole I put the hook in doesn't work out. I've done this over for about 2 hour. But it's my 3rd year of trying crochet....It's not every ones calling I guess. I have a friend who has tried to knit for 7 yrs! sigh.

    It might help if you used a "Yarn bowl" or worked from the center of the skein. It's distracting to see you stop and pull out more yarn..
