Happened near a co workers house years ago in tempe az. From different parts of the intersection. We just threw a handful of roofing nails into the intersection. When people were focus on cars. Within 2 min the two crashed into each other. When cops came 911 operator informed them about tire shredding debri in the intersection. As it was calming down. A couple of us volunteered to pickup remaining nails. With brooms dustpans and rolling magnets. After that the few that rately showed up were easy to detour. No reports of anyone being hit by a nail. But at least 12 tires flattened when people attemptes to flee when a look out spotted cops
