Apparently the Philly PD’s “message” and the mayor’s message isn’t working.
Ask why the PD didn’t respond to a racing accident with an innocent vehicle with injuries on Front St and the extended ramp off the Wilt Whitman. Driver unlicensed and may, may be under 18 yrs old. Yet to be established.

This is a pattern or condition of Normalization of Deviance.
Not responding to this accident instills to this unlicensed driver that it’s ok and he’ll do it again.
When someone again is killed, murdered, then some may just run with vigilante justice.

It’s so not right!!! If the criminals want to play so dirty, law enforcement should be permitted to play dirtier! Officers should be able to enforce law & order by any means necessary (YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN) but criminals have more rights than the police and the police are paying with their lives in Philly all the time! It goes well beyond having no respect for the law. It’s disgusting! I hope the city ordinances continue to help the cops out. Civilians can’t be going after officers and destroying patrol cars! It’s all so out of control and it’s because the police have to be afraid to do their jobs thanks to mainstream and social media. Not to mention the political powers that be in Washington who have set the precedence for this type of outrageous behavior! We need such a serious change before everyone ends up destroying each other and themselves.
I asked for speed bumps still never heard back.

We The People are the militia and were to police ourselves and our communities as adults not as MINORities being patrolled like babies. Problem as always is no Police accountability and they do pretty much ZERO and they investigate their own wrong doing. Remember that the courts have stated that the Police have no duty to do anything or protect anyone so taxes are paid for essentially zero service. It is very difficult to even get them to take a report and if you want a copy of it you must wait and pay for it so they can rewrite it and down grade whatever happened. They do not want actual crime statistics to go up so they simple downgrade and lie.
