3 Ferrari 360s - the first one's running a stock exhaust, the second has a tubi-style, the third capristo. They rev to WOT parked up, the do drive pasts whilst shifting. Which do you reckon sounds best?
The Capristo is level 3, it was my car. The "silver" car is Grigio Alloy, it belonged to a friend of mine. I fyou want to see the original footage and at higher quality, check for it in my videos.
i agree with this, the capristo did sound good underload too, also but the kriseege or however you spell it also sounds very nice on almost all models :)
Man! I can't thank you enough!!!! I'm very close to buying my 360 and I've had ppl tout one exhaust over the other. Now finally I got to hear all 3. Not a huge fan of the capristo's, and the stock sounded the best on the drive-by. Tho the Tubi sounds unbelievable on the F355, just doesn't add much to the 360.
its a tubi exhaust, its a standard aftermarket part for a ferrari. the stock exhaust would have a lot of restrictions due to epa regs etc. Its like a ducati getting a pair of termis...pretty standard
Tough call, but I have to go with Tubi. It retains the classy nature of that red 360. The Capristo does suit the yellow car though, a bit more flash and ergo, loudness. Hell, even the stock one sounds surprisingly good during the flyby!
Holy shit, Capristo all the way. That has the low end grumble of that gorgeous V8, but once it gets to mid RPM's, it sounds like a V10, and high RPM's, it sounds like a V12. Best of all three worlds.
Ha ha, I know right? But seriously...of the three, (and they all sound amazing) I like the Capristo the best. I love the little pops and crackles on the over-run. It's a little less in the Tubi, and almost not there in the stock exhaust. I don't know why...I just like that sound.
I agree with you, but the exhaust system on the stock Ferrari is held back by resonators, mufflers, and catalytic converters that are more like government forced parts rather than Ferrari parts. I've seen the difference in person of a before and after install of a Capristo exhaust on a 360 Spider and you get to hear and feel the beautifully engineered Ferrari engine.
i personally like the capristo, to me it sounds more raw and more powerfull, but the tubi is close behind. for somereason i feel the tubi is more refined that the capristo, but i like the sheer caos of the capristo
The Capristo is stunning. The stock exhaust is too mechanical for a car that nice. It sounds like a badly tuned 30k Jap car in the low revs. The Tubi is mellower, but still too hollow for a car that impressive. If I had my choice, I'd use a wider, more absorbing exhaust with a resonator to pull some of the low revs out so it is throatier at low throttle, yet sings at WOT. Regardless, very nice cars and glad to see people actually driving them.
Capristo is my choice, -having had the privilage to hear both in real life, I personally like the ear-piercing rasp of the Capristo exhaust system, it actualy hurts you ears when you stand right behind it at WOT
Capristo for me. The tubi one makes it sound like the 355 somehow and although its still a great noise its not like the 360...strange but by no means is it a bad exhaust - still brilliant
This is like goldilocks and the three bears. The first one (silver/blue) is good, but not loud enough. The middle (red) is better. And the Last one is just right!
check out the 355 sounds so much better than all 3 but if u want loud capristo/f1
tubi is all around perf stock is ok but it's a ferrari they built it with that exhaust to perform the way they wanted it enzo was a this is the design dont mess with it kind of person thats why lambo started
The standard exhaust is still the best. Idk but i think the tubi sounds muted, the capristo sounds crappy. It's kinda what you'll put on a less powerful car, which needs help from the exhaust to sound good.
The Capristo is level 3, it was my car. The "silver" car is Grigio Alloy, it belonged to a friend of mine. I fyou want to see the original footage and at higher quality, check for it in my videos.
they all sound AMAZING! but the tubi-style, is my favorite.
stock sounds great. Don't mess with perfection
They all sound amazing, but I like how the Capristo pops and gurgles.
i agree with this, the capristo did sound good underload too, also but the kriseege or however you spell it also sounds very nice on almost all models :)
i agree, the capristo is just to loud to deal with on a daily basis, the stock exhaust, in my opinion sounds incredible while being settle

I would chose the Tubi Exhaust hands down. The fact that it's on a red 360 makes even better! Just like how I want my future car to be!
@luxmotorcars this was uploaded in 2007, yours was updated 4 months ago
They all sound amazing!!! I'd have to take the Capristo though. Nice sounds from all of them
I love the Capristo on the 355, but it's nice that it carries over to the 360.
i think the capristo is the best sounding but already the sound of the stock one is stunning!!!!!
its a tubi exhaust, its a standard aftermarket part for a ferrari. the stock exhaust would have a lot of restrictions due to epa regs etc. Its like a ducati getting a pair of termis...pretty standard
The red sounds just nice, not too loud. Nice vid! =)
3rd one ... with the spitting .. its sounds sweeeeet
That was pretty sick, I think the yellow sounded best in idle, but the red sounded best in flyby. Just my oppinion.
Stock does sond very good. In my opinion it goes from best to least best as so; Stock, Capristo, Tubi.
One thing for sure, all are AMAZING.
it's a mesh instead of a solid plastic panel supposedly to lighten the car a bit also for better airflow in the engine bay
TUBI STYLE! AWESOME TONE!
Tough call, but I have to go with Tubi. It retains the classy nature of that red 360. The Capristo does suit the yellow car though, a bit more flash and ergo, loudness.
Hell, even the stock one sounds surprisingly good during the flyby!
Yellow one sounds amazing
I like the tubi at mid range, and the Cap at WOT
Holy shit, Capristo all the way. That has the low end grumble of that gorgeous V8, but once it gets to mid RPM's, it sounds like a V10, and high RPM's, it sounds like a V12. Best of all three worlds.
Great video! Thank you for posting!
@paikmendez All three are 360 modena not challenge stradale. The red and yellow cars have the optional challenge rear fitted. That's all
Ha ha, I know right? But seriously...of the three, (and they all sound amazing) I like the Capristo the best. I love the little pops and crackles on the over-run. It's a little less in the Tubi, and almost not there in the stock exhaust. I don't know why...I just like that sound.
my fav ferrari of all time
Ferraris sound incredible completely stock, but if I had to choose I'd be torn between either of the aftermarket ones.
Capristo for the win!
Stock exhaust still maintains that hard edged wail and the Tubi amplifies that some but the Capristo is just too much for my tastes.
great comparison
i think the tubi sounds best. but really, all three of them are winners. i'd take any one of them.
o tubi arrepia demais!!
stock = already this good
tubi = sounds like a race car
capristo =eargasm
capristo sound to be my favorite too
Honestly, all sound good.
I like the Capristo the most though....
I like the rasp in the Capristo.
Capistro, obviouslly!! no question!
i personally like the capristo, to me it sounds more raw and more powerfull, but the tubi is close behind. for somereason i feel the tubi is more refined that the capristo, but i like the sheer caos of the capristo
I like the stock exhaust and the Capristo exhaust.

I think the Tubi sounds the best, particularly on the driveby.
Tubi!! Capristo is not baffled enough
Capistro for sure!
But what is the differences between the others?
Tubi start up is great
they all sound so much better under load
i liked the tubi style the best
they all sound good but i like the tubi
I would take capristo for sure!
Great comparison!
Caprisoi is the most high pitched and that suits a ferrari best.
What about the challenge stradalle exhaust????
Tubi sounds pretty good, but that Capristo is vicious at WoT on drive by.
i think the yellow one has a louder sound, but i think i'd chose the red one, sounds better to me
2ND AND 3RD ARE THE BEST
A. They all sound great. B. Tubi best at rev and flyby...I thought the capristo was a bit too raspy for my personal taste.
awsome vid..i love the capristo
@theberengersniper When it's free revving I mean. Sounds cool driving by.
definetly the capristo!!!
the tubi style is best hands down
The red one no doubt
Capristo is my choice, -having had the privilage to hear both in real life, I personally like the ear-piercing rasp of the Capristo exhaust system, it actualy hurts you ears when you stand right behind it at WOT
the red one definately
they all sound good but the capristo is the best one
tubi is just right for me.capritso is just racing raspy, not good to live with but for track days, yes.
Capristo for me baby
capristo sounds sick.!
@G35AndTGOD lol ...for this case yes, but wait until you see one rev in 2nd gear!! :D
i like the tubi a bit better than the capristo... they both beat stock hands down
were they all the same yr model coz id like to know wat the difference is between the 2002 and the 2005 model
Capristo!!
capristoooooo ftw
There's too much backfiring with the Capristo but I do like it.
the cappy hands down!
Tubi sounds the best to me!
Tubi, close 2nd is Capristo.
I like the tubi's the best. The capristo has a very unsavory high pitched cackle to it that I find very displeasing.
Capristo by a mile!!
yes me too
I am thinking of buying a 360 Spider. Can you tell me which Tubi and which Capristo models were used on these cars.
The red is Tubi, the yellow is Capristo. I love the Tubi better IMO.
I prefer the yellow one. The silver one to me sounds like any other car.
What capristo ....level 1, 2 or 3 ...valved or non valved???
gahh idk, i still like the stock sound on a 360 cs but since these arent cs's then capristo is the one for me
capristo has the best sound no doubt!!
Close but the capristo does it for me
@Arty288 i like tubi better. but i dont really see much of a difference between cap and tub lol
tubi-style !!
Capristo for me. The tubi one makes it sound like the 355 somehow and although its still a great noise its not like the 360...strange but by no means is it a bad exhaust - still brilliant
obviously snd and 3rd they are aftermarket exhaust.. i go with capristo :)
this is in the delta area... sacramento, ca... i love to take my 400i through there... id have to go with the tubi though
what happened at 2:00 what was that sound? Capristo sounds better, but tubi sounds more ferrari
capristo gets my vote
This is like goldilocks and the three bears. The first one (silver/blue) is good, but not loud enough. The middle (red) is better. And the Last one is just right!
Capristo for sure
... i like em all :)
Capristo hands down
check out the 355
sounds so much better than all 3 but
if u want loud capristo/f1
tubi is all around perf
stock is ok but it's a ferrari they built it with that exhaust to perform the way they wanted it enzo was a this is the design dont mess with it kind of person thats why lambo started
The standard exhaust is still the best. Idk but i think the tubi sounds muted, the capristo sounds crappy. It's kinda what you'll put on a less powerful car, which needs help from the exhaust to sound good.
prefer the standard when driving by, i think he dint rev it properly when it was parked
what exhaust has the yellow ferrari got on?
the third one was best i thought, but all very close
