Iain, it’s not the specific cars or what you do with them that make your channel so great. It’s the way you talk about them - you’re an expert, an enthusiast and one hell of a storyteller. You have one of the best car channels on youtube.

Dear Mr. Tyrrell, I am a humble 27 year old fan from Iran, and I cannot express how much I love your videos, sir. They are absolutely superb. I have always been a petrolhead all my life, but you have added greatly to my love of cars. Thanks.
This Ferrari is very lucky to have "found" you as its owner. The fact that it is one of your own makes your passion and determination to bring it back to life all the more special.
Ian, you cheerfully cleaning up the litter from the flaking manuals is one of the best bits of this. Those moments of personality are what make channels like yours special.
You and your colleagues saved a fine example of this vehicle. One takeaway is that fine machinery should be driven and maintained rather than stored and ignored.
Ok Iain, just for the records some math: chassis + 4 wheels + petrol engine + your workshop + you talking about it = always beautiful content we love! So easy.... 😉😘😂
I have to admit, that is so fascinating learning about the backstory and restoration of the Ferrari 360 Spider! As always, I really enjoyed the video so much. Keep up the awesome work, sir!
@@iain_tyrrellAWESOME presentation Lain!!!! As a recent subscriber...I'm compelled to say that I L~O~V~E your TH-cam Channel. As other's have said, it's not so much the car but Iain's passion, personality, knowledge and engagement that pulls viewers to this channel, along with the refined and tasteful way each video is presented. This is a fantastic turn around and I'm pleased to see this car has been given a new chance to shine. I really hope that a paint correction might be on the cards for it at some point, although I appreciate that's not top of the priority list on this sort of restoration. Congrats Iain and team, job's a good 'un!
I hope to see a future video of the paintwork being professionally sorted and detailed to make it a little more presentable and prevent more corrosion. It's such a great car, it deserves it.
As a dreamer, I would say any Ferrari is better than no Ferrari. I like how you fell into this one and now you have a soft spot for it. I also appreciate that you did the work required to make it a sound car, and didn't get hung up on the finish of the body. The car looks fantastic. Enjoy.
Ian and I seem to have similar taste in type of cars. I don’t like modern Ferrari’s,but 360’s speak to me. I love this particular spec car. It looks great in that blue with the tan interior. One of the best looking spiders out there. I live in North Texas so a drop top most of our year is too hot. I can’t understand how someone would spend that kind of money on a Ferrari and just put it in a barn and leave it to rot. Gladly Ian saved it and it’s in the right hands now. Thank you Ian for showcasing this beautiful car.
Dear Ian, there might be lot of Ferrari videos out there but I can safely say I speak for majority of viewers here: we want YOUR Ferrari video, not just anyones video. You present any car with class and humbleness which most you tube videos lack greatly.
Ian. I stumbled across a video of yours. and was enthralled to watch it. The way you present the story of each car and your enthusiasm. honesty and your way of telling a story is a breath of fresh air. I now look forward to each new video and I'm watching all the existing videos with joy. Thank you.
Lovely to see Iain's connection to this beautiful car and his explanation of the trials and tribulations of bringing her back to life. Clearly there is a special bond between the pair that shines through in this video.
As a student a friend imported fairly new cars from Germany to the Netherlands. It would save clients a couple of thousands euro's/ Guilders. As I have watched Tavarish working to resurrect his ocean-dunked P1, I've marveled at anyone who is willing to take on a car that's been left to the ravages of water. Especially one as dependant on extensive electronics. My last working career was as an aviation electronics tech for a company called Bristol Aerospace. Overhauling and upgrading a jet fighter's kilometers of wiring and instruments was quite an introduction into what water can do to wreak havoc. Including to aluminum. It's hard to picture someone abandoning a new Farrari in some humid garage for the past 20 years. That you had the patience to work through that little 360's soggy past is awe inspiring. It would have been marvelous to have seen it in progress! ... As for how well Freddy will succeed... Time will tell. I don't envy him troubleshooting the systems on that P1, especially since he has tried to keep the old wiring harness.
From Los Angeles, California, great video. Enjoyed your blue shirt to go along with the Ferrari. What better person to restore a neglected barn find than you and your staff. Having to cut out the rear window to gain access to the car's interior is unreal along with the photo of a corrosion encrusted aluminum gauge panel. It's refreshing to see a restoration on a car that wasn't purchased at auction for millions of dollars. Take care and enjoy your new ride.
I love it when you give em “The Beans”! We all love cars and car content, but what sets your channel apart is YOU! I love your personality, phrasing, vocabulary, voice and self deprecating humor.

Of course we would be interested in this! Seeing your journey with this car would have been viewing gold! Well done for your perseverance Iain, hard work pays off!
God bless you for bringing this 360 back from the dead. When I saw the picture of the fuzzed-up aluminum dash piece surrounding the a/c controls.... Even though I'm a Porsche devotee now, I have a soft spot for Ferrari because I owned a 308GTSi from 1981-1989. Only put about 30,000 miles on it over the course of those eight years and although it wasn't a quick or fast car, it never gave me an ounce of trouble. I attribute that to the fact that Bob Wallace looked after it with annual services. He had a fantastic shop in Scottsdale Arizona but I never knew how important he was with Lamborghini until I learned about him on your channel! Thanks for the great channel and the great videos.
What an inspiring and well presented story on such a forlorn but beautifully spec'd car. I'm so glad you didn't give up on it and I hope you've been enjoying it this summer. I have to say this era of Ferrari is growing on me.
Clearly your personal interest makes it that much more so. I had the opportunity to drive one with a manual 14yrs ago. Light is the personality and experience. Beautiful 360, glad you were able to bring it back to life.
This demonstrates the folly of ‘storing’ a car and not keeping check on it. I’m sure a lot of us feel better knowing that Ian has the same limitations with paint repair 😃. Well done for saving a great modern classic
Iain, for all I care you could fix up an old Mini Metro you found on the road side in Clunkersfield. It's about the way you tell it's story, and the road reviews are a great bonus to that. Thank you, as always... The project reminds me a bit of my MG TF, that was brought back to life after being in the backyard of a JDM car dealer for seven years. Nobody bought it as he was a Subaru WRX, Toyota Supra etc. sort of garage. Everything was seized, stuck, moldy etc. It's a much more modest roadster of course, but like your 360 it's now technically sound, though still needing some love on the optics.
"Too modern - too new" is where I'm at with most cars past '71-ish, but it's YOU as much as the cars that make you channel interesting. Thanks for another good show! Oh, and speaking of a little too new, what's that blue Pininfarina bodied coupe in the background of the last coupla videos???
Thank you for sharing this, Iain! Love that you have brought this 360 back from the brink... and I can see why. Just a brilliant spec right down to the mesh tail section. Cheers.
Beautiful specifications on that 360. Also, it's so much better to see this sort of cars in the hands of competent people who can truly appreciate them for what they are than in the hands of those who want them as status symbol.
Absolutely loved this video Iain! Monster work has turned out a terrific car - well done. Thanks for seeing to it to include this, your own beautiful singing, manual Ferrari amongst the channel 🥳👍

Oh, and speaking of a little too new, what's that blue Pininfarina bodied coupe in the background of the last coupla videos???
Thanks! Fiat 130 coupe. There is a vid on the channel about these if you scroll through the back catalogue
What a bit of luck for the car Iain, to have you as its new owner. I'm sure it's absolutely delighted!
Absolutely brilliant, I’m glad you did this video. Love the car, agree with you on the TDF colour. Love it
Ronda road was my Sunday blast on my motorcycle’s when I lived in Spain. Great video and thanks for the flash backs 🏁
Definitely worth a new paint job now. Great driver´s car. Thanks for sharing.
How do you let a car like this end up in such a state. Great rescue.
All your videos are always interesting Iain, love watching them. Congrats on transforming this from the state it was in :)
Absolutely loved this video Iain! Monster work has turned out a terrific car - well done. Thanks for seeing to it to include this, your own beautiful singing, manual Ferrari amongst the channel 🥳👍
Beautiful car Iain. Your hard work has been all worth it. Thanks for doing a video on this, enjoyed it.
Wonderful to see the story of your 360. Glad that you have a Ferrari of your own to enjoy... given all the amazing work that you and your team perform on other's high performance vehicles, delighted you have an Italian "Toy" of your own to enjoy. Always look forward to your videos. Greetings from LA
Thank you. Greetings to L.A. As well!
That's a sweet ride and definitely would've made an interesting restoration series. Love that car and glad you've decided to keep it.
A whole lot of love!? The reward? The pull and the smile!
Great result. Beautiful car and excellent video. Thank you Iain et al.
It’s a great car to watch and make us all turn green with envy. The only thing I would suggest is a good external detailing complete with polishing out the micro scratches.
Keep up the great work!
Thanks Iain. We want to see this because the 360s are at an attainable price for alot of aspiring future Ferrari owners and alot of these cars aren't in the best shape.
The 360 is my favorite Ferrari, it was my poster car as a kid and I absolutely love any and all content of it. Thank you!
the 355 and the 360 are my favorite cars, thanks for saving one from being broken up.
Epic episode! Thanks for posting this…I’m 360 Modena owner for 18 years.❤ Love it….They are the most engaging fun cars…Enjoy!!! Look forward to some road trip content…
Wow, what an epic project! I prefer the earlier Ferraris styling wise but this was a Herculean amount of work to reach this level. Congratulations. 👍🏼
Surprising someone would store this beautiful car in a wet barn.
Interesting reviving the car, all yr contacts and skill undoubtedly proved the key!
