President Ramaphosa arrives safe in Ukraine despite Poland security uproar

- A diplomatic row has broken out following the Polish government's refusal to allow President Ramaphosa's security personnel to disembark in Warsaw.
The Head of the Presidential Protection Unit, General Wally Rhoode, has accused the Polish government of trying to sabotage the African Peace Mission to Ukraine and Russia.
Meanwhile, President Ramaphosa and the presidents of Zambia, Senegal and Comoros have travelled to the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, by train, while the presidents of Congo Brazzaville, Egypt and Uganda have sent their representatives.
They are due to meet Ukrainian President Vlodymir Zelenskyy today.

Because they going to Ukraine first and then to Russia. They can't fly from Russia to Ukraine or from Ukraine to Russia. They have to use Poland and then go by road or fly to Ukraine from Poland.

The South African Government can do what it wants to do in South Africa, but not in foreign countries who do not tolerate nonsense. We all know America hates South Africa. And South Africa is "not involved" with Russia. We just aren't taking part in the gross hypocrisy of countries like America and Poland who let remember all invaded and occupied Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria. Let this be another lesson. If African leaders don't respect themselves and their people, and start to seriously develop, defend, and invest in their continent, foreign nations will continue to disrespect Africa and its people. So, I hope the leaders, or at least the citizens of Africa, learn that we need to start focusing only on our continent's development seriously.
