She was dressed in the same clothes, sitting in the same seat, and appeared before and after Mac did - maybe even multiple times. My Best head-canon is that it WAS the Medina…but it caused him to hallucinate the stranger’s presence, not Mac’s.
"I have been exhaused since I was thirty" is the most relatable thing Mac has ever said.
