I promise u ur comment about not using vegetable oil is something I have said to myself in recent months. Vegetable oil is just fine❤❤❤. I want to try this recipe. TFS
Vegetable oil is just soybean oil, it’s highly inflammatory for most people and overly processed. Our grands used animal fat like lard which was way better than soy oil today. Some have started using better oils to cook with like avocado or coconut. There are articles done on seed oils and the diseases it causes overtime.

I save my olive oil for salads and garlic and veggie pasta dishes.
