Mam, first of all I'm a teen and I don't know how to cook food.. one day when I'm scrolling utube I saw ur video of cooking sausage... As i love sausages I asked my mom to cook this but she told me me cook by myself... So today I prepared it.... There are no worda to explain how delicious the sausage was..... Thank you mam.... 😍😍😍🌹🌹♥️♥️❤️❤️❤️🎉🎉🎉❣️❣️😘😘😘😘I avoided a few spices like oregano nd also i didnt used corn floor... But my sausage was perfecttt...,lots of lov frm kerala😘😘😘😘
Thanks for sharing. For health and safety, I will prefer to wrap by baking paper and steam the sausages, instead of wrapping by aluminium foil. We can see the colour of aluminium foil had changed into dark colour, better don't use that.
@@bahulikaj3322 it depends the size of the sausages. Small size as you see in this recipe, oily baking paper will not resist heat as aluminium foil, 20 mins might be enough.
That is Aluminum Oxide which is a totally harmLESS substance. Its caused when aluminum gets into contact with water or moisture. Furthermore, Aluminum does not "resist heat" and is used to cover food while baking at temperatures far above boiling point.

@@Aruna_Tayi I steamed them in baking paper on a steaming plate in an idli pot so that no contact was made with the boiling water!! And yes after steaming the texture and shape was well retained!
Great way to make sausages. At the moment I can’t have spicy food so I changed the spices for herbs. It turned out really nice. Thanks for the lovely recipe.
@@nicholdsouza6482 sorry for the delay. I tried 3 tablespoons of cooked welsh leek with 1/2 teaspoon of sage and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder. It was ok or you could use Italian herb mix that’s quite good.
I might make one batch spicy using this recipe and one with extra othet herbs 🌿 one of my kids won't eat spicy food. Thanks for an excellent healthier sausage recipe and method. I'm so pleased I can make my own sausages and I know exactly what's gone in them and that I'm feeding my family and friends non processed highly salted sausages. I'll still use tinned and store bought ones but rarely. Thank u for sharing your recipe xx

I made this at home and to be honest it tastes worderful and i did burn it on fire as well as tandoori and the result was finger licking good... Thanks fr sharing this recipe 👌👍😍😋

Wrap it in banana leaf & than aluminum foil to seal it before boiling, it would be more healthier
It will ruin classic flavour of sausage by wrapping in banana leaf. As banana leaves have their own distinctive flavour

Boiled sausage can be kept in the freezer.
And fry it before use or use it just like that.

Clingfilm is plastic plastic melts into food when heated and is cancerous so plz avoid it

The purpose of the foil is to prevent water from getting into the sausages. Water seeping in will dilute the flavor.
