@@CPK15 I saw and held a Kimber Raptor ii in the Cabela gun shop in Hoffman Estate in Illinois around the begining of February 2021. Maybe you should call the stores and ask them if it is in stock. I bought most of my firearms online and I am very happy with my purchases. Good luck.
I have this model in blue, also have the mag well with chain link and g10 grips. Gotta say it’s a fine carry gun. Congratulations on your 1911.
