It's a Geoduck, man. Largish clams that live along the coast of Alaska, Canada, Washington, and Oregon (and who knows where else). They're tasty. Happy trails.

Not really, Abalone would be the most expensive here in the USA but geoduck is very expensive in Hong Kong and other parts of Asia because the harvest, processing, shipping is very costly mainly from Washington State where i dig the geoduck clam for free right outside my back yard beach!

Good tip is to try by the faire in coupvill or u can try anicortas... that's where the easy ones are. You won't have to have all this stuff
