I am from Andalusia, the south of Spain, the Mediterranean and I have to tell you that you have captured the essence of our architecture, the colors, the vibe... very good work, this house does represent the Mediterranean style of today without so many tiles. I love it very much! 🤌🏼🤍

There are so many awesome parts to this design that I can't mention everything, but i'm not liking the tiny laundry in the butlers at all. Something about laundry and food so close together grosses me out. I would think a family would need more of a laundry room than that to be functional. It would also be really helpful if you were to give us an idea of $$$ on your projects. Always watch you guys whenever I'm feeling homesick, love what you do ☺

While I love modern style and even working w/light neutrals, I have to ask- have you ever done something outside your comfort zone of monochromatic, minimal, modern? There is pretty much the same aesthetic for most of your projects, which is lovely, but repetitive. Every work with dark and moody aesthetics or color or art?
I'm thinking the same. In the videos I've seen they always use the exact same colour palette for every house

Sorry, the stone wall looks fake. Like something you would see at Universal Studios. Maybe if they mortar over it it will look real.
The reno is beautiful however I feel much of the original charm has been lost. I don’t really see Mallorca or the inspiration shown in the photos beyond the use of white. Again your work is always beautiful but it’s also all very much the same. I’d love to see you guys evolve and experiment with new textures and colors etc.
Yes!!!! I was thinking the same thing! This home now looks very trendy and I don't see any trace of the original charm and character. 😔
It is amazing what they have done in its own right and I agree, its missing that actually Reno touch but I guess that's why people hire them because they want these finishes and style. I think because we as the viewer/audience see the same thing time and time again we almost get bored and want to see the team experiment. No hate all at, I love their style and can't wait to see what's next!!!
Hit the nail on the head!! It feels like no matter what house they take they turn it into cut and paste with subtle differences and every house is "their most challenging" its the same drama every time 😂 I know theyd never do it, but id love to see their take on gothic moody vibes 😂
The house had no charm to begin with but I agree with you for the most part.
I am from Spain and this house is beautiful but nothing like the Mediterranean style. It does not have personality either, I hope the family will with time. For me the least interesting feature is the white stone, that is not Mediterranean at all!
It's beautiful but far too much white for me! Little clinical but otherwise stunning
True. Always white tones missed the opportunity to add darker colors especially with this type of home. The color around doors & windows isn't nice as thought it would be black would've been timeless. The dining room table is too small for that length of bench seating and there is no way to add leaf for more length. They could've added color on those swivel chairs in living space. I wouldn't want a fireplace without a mantle a missed opportunity indeed. Not loving the way it looks with the TV. The redesign of the home structure is the best part well done in that aspect.
Much preferred the old video format where you introduced the clients and their way of living. Also, I feel the ceiling treatment looks so fake, DIY and cheap. There’s nothing Mallorca about it.
When the song goes “Higher” the same time the Haier fridge scene appears. Editors are geniuses! 🤣 and carrying the fridge up “higher up the hill”

I love you guys and your renovations are BEAUTIFUL...But for the love of GOD PLEASE CHANGE THE MUSIC!!! it's just awful all the way around I don't know who chose this song or who you may be supporting but the music is plain awful. Its probably the worst music ever... its jarring and loud and the random dude singing some barely coherent gibberish Rock? Fake Rock? does not match the vibe or aesthetic of the homes you do. I really cant focus on what you are saying or look at the screen without having to turn the volume down or mute until i think its over. And Im guessing its the same artist on your other videos? If so Please PLEASE find someone else or just do music with no words. I don't comment often but Man I want to enjoy your videos and hear what your saying.
I'm so happy to see warm-toned floors, more earthy colors throughout, etc. It's SO INVITING breaking up the tones - and the seafoam green trim is just 🙌

Looks great…but a real mixture between art deco as well with the ceiling treatment. love the colour choices throughout. Not a fan of the bull nose edge and the backsplash where the range is located looks ‘wrong’ to me. Looks like it is just stuck on the back wall…and the shape,looks English country, not Mediterranean. I would replace that. The dining area is simply gorgeous. Love love love. Can’t wait to see the rest!
I don’t personally like the faux stone cladding at all and the faux Spanish look is naff too. Colours are pretty though.

Absolutely phenomenal! I love the sculptural curves in this house. I live in the ME so this is our build style here and considered old fashioned, but you three have managed to give it modern twists that are really inspirational. My favorite parts are the dining room benches with the wavey cushion and the picture window, and that butler kitchen!!! From the sneak-peek of the next episode I know I'm going to do a lot of screen grabs this series:) You're such an inspiration!!!

Call me crazy but I liked the before better... It felt homey and cozy. I normally love 3 birds renos but this one was missing the cozy factor for me. I'm sure the owner is ecstatic though and that is what matters.
I was searching for this comment, because I was thinking I cannot be the only one feeling this! I also loved the before better. The way the sunlight was in these smaller rooms, I liked it a lot!
Same! It definitely needed some fixing up, painting etc but I cried to see the character ripped from it like that, especially in an Australian home where it's not so common to find that old classic beauty. But alas, in the name of 'open plan' that house is now devoid of its charm.
I thought the kitchen looked surprisingly great. Nice old italinate tiles, and beautiful dark timber cabinetry.
Also the parquet floors looked divine! A nice touch of classy. But I get why they changed them with the modern brief.
love the designs but when you do the sales pitch for the product placement it's like that movie keeping up with the joneses.
Finally the day is here, house number 15! And WOW! It looks so good already. The dining room table, the sink just everything fits amazing together! so excited for the rest. Three birds is such an inspiration and the motivation this gives me was just what I needed! Thank you to all of the team

Guys I watched a few of your renovations now and I must say, these are of the best I've seen. Your color combinations, the feel, the use of spaces, it's just truly perfect. I love it ! It's minimal, clean and soft but practical and warm. You are like a cool breeze on a hot summer day.
IMPRESSIVE! Love the windows, the kitchen, laundry, butler's, dining - the wall, I think I would like pointed & that sort of duck-egg blue/green is my favourite colour - love the Luxaflex drapes as well... Oh & the views from the terrace aren't bad! Nice one, Three Birds! Oh yes, and the ceiling... ACE!

I absolutely love this property, the butlers/laundry is my favourite one that you have done so far. All the beautiful curves /arches and soft shapes/lines that give texture but promote serenity. I would be there doing laundry with soft Spanish jazz music playing and drinking lattes!!! The kitchen is stunning as always and the stone work/fire place is stylish and cozy at the same time and is what makes this property next level, its a work of art! Beautiful work ladies. I can't wait to see the rest.

No I am irritated by what is purely a fashion show and three women talking about the plans and very little OF the plans except the occassional hulk doing some really posed physical work (just to balance things out a little) and I had to leave right now. Thumbs down from me.

I had such high hopes… looks so generic three birds… oh and that lounge area does not look comfortable at all… how does a family put their feet up? And the tv is so high up 👎🏼 was really hoping for the three birds to move away from their comfort zone… the blue, green, grey trimmed doors were the highlight 🎉

It really is a rebuild using the same foundations- you’re just splitting words - great but not an ounce of Mallorca- should not be any ceiling spots and should be much more terracotta and wooden beams in the ceilings
