In Queensland, north facing rooms get so hot...we had to put a shade sail up outside our north facing main bedroom. A room like this with such a huge north facing window, you would be roasting.
I really enjoyed this style of walk through, without any music or fancy edits. Would be nice if you'd do similar videos for your own houses and show how they have changed as you've lived in them :)
Loved this video soooo much. I really got a sense of the house and its layout in a way that I didn't from the previous videos. I also loved the presenting by Lana - had a very casual and warm feel. Videos like this can feel so scripted and stilted and this one did not at all. Well done👏👏👏

The birds have done amazing homes but this one takes the cake for me. All their signature looks and with pops of gold and warmth. These women really know how to make a white home not cold, I personally love a lot of color but man this is gorgeous. Just fabulous! This home is large but not so big to where it doesn’t feel cozy ❤️ I just love it 😍 I could say talk about it all day ❤️ Big fan here in Hawaii. Aloha girls 🥰

I just adore the separation of space, perfect for those 'adult only' entertaining evenings that require a sitter for the children, they have the entire upstairs level to keep them with the children for the evening, i would like the addition of a laundry shute connecting upstairs to downstairs for ease, and continued tidiness..beautiful atheistics, warm and inviting, with natural light abundance, excellent work Rawson.

When I bought my house I bought a round window but have 'nt installed it yet.I love the spiral staircase it reminds me of the staircase on the TV show Moonlighting with Cybil Shepherd!!Much success with 3 Birds Houses integrated into neighborhoods!!!!! I loved watching this home from the get go but the kitchen space seems so not functional with the display case smack in the middle where I would need the counter space by the stove. The most used counter space in kitchens are the ones between the sink and the stove so I was so surprised to see Three Birds creating a dead space right there...
