I swear i say this every time a new series ends, but this is genuinely my favourite house🥺🤩 every one outdid themselves in this build, from design to construction! The small details and the necessities are all as important as each other and it shows! I couldn’t pick a favourite part because truly, nothing could be left out of the spectacular results...BUT that stair case is my dream in real life and I cannot wait to build something similar in my future home😉 thank you for sharing this journey and well done to every one on the team and every tradesman who worked on this👌🏾

OMG! The smile on my face and the look i gave when they revealed that its Erin's turn renovating her house. it was like a dream come true. This house 15 is gorgeous i loved the drunken render look on the exterior walls. The furniture is so comfy looking and modern. It really looked as Modern Mallorca. Love your content all the the time. Keep it coming.

The house is BEAUTIFUL! Love all the outdoor spaces, and main living.
I miss seeing more of the “behind the scenes”. The shopping for tiles, for furniture. Each house used to have more episodes and provided more back ground information and more details. I miss this considering how long we wait between houses.

Omg House 15 was so magical! I love the greenish/blue trim and door. The drunken render is so beautiful.
But I nearly fainted after squealing that House 16 is FINALLY Erin’s house! I remember Erin saying she will have a stove in the middle of her kitchen island during Lou‘s renovation but I’m so excited to see what else Erin chooses for her home. Can’t wait!!!!

Why does it always got to be white? It's the same over and over.
If the inspiration was Mallorca and the images of Mallorca are very organic natural color, why go with white? There are other colors you know

Love it!!! BUT would have a Bright Blue Roof so it would STAND out from all over!!!! I do not like the Squre Entranced door. That definitely NEEDS changing and maybe needs to match the Roof Color. Of course the Budget needs to be considered. Can you please provide the costs run downs approximate on this house??? Just starting watching YOUR great videos on this project. Spectacular! This hause is from another world! I am from Spain, from mediterránean area and really the house feels like Spain, the only thing missing is flowers and Spanish art but otherwise everything perfect!

Love seeing how much thought is put into each aspect of the renovation, even when the majority of your houses are shades of white, they each have their own twists and character and unique features that set them apart from most western renovations that are made to appeal to as many people as possible and therefore end up being really bland and repetitive. A house like this with its location had a lot to lend to the finished design, it would be such a dream to live somewhere warm and sunny with a lovely view of the water and beautiful trees surrounding the property, and the renovation lends itself to those features instead of taking away from them.
lol. Before you named the three whites, I firmly picked Berkshire... which is the colour I have painted my entire interior... so I guess I should be pleased I made the right choice for me :p
