I know you all want a series about Valyria golden age but personally I would like a series about the century of blood a period of chaos in Essos that came after the doom of Valyria and that saw many wars and lives lost.
The City of Lorath may be the 'lesser' of the Nine Free Cities, but it has an interesting history:- the earliest inhabitants where the mysterious mazemakers that built maze like structures; afterwards came the hairy people akin to the men of Ib; then came the Andals that would be led by Qarlon the Great until his campaign against the Free City of Norvos would lead to his kingdom's destruction by the dragonlords. After a century of abandonment, the isles would become inhabited by religious dissidents known as the worshippers of Boash, the Blind God. These new Lorathi would become the foundation of the Lorath of current times.
I’d like to see a show about Old valayria and the wars they had but it would cost so much HBO would never do it. However that 10,000 ships show sounds super intriguing
I know there was a Doom of Valyria series that was one of the early pitches but was shelved. If they ever go back to visit it they should do it in animation. That would definitely help with costs.
Personal Suggestions For Future Videos. 1) The Dagger & the Coin series. 2) The Murderbot Diaries. 3) The World of Blade Runner. 4) The World of Cyberpunk 2077 5) The World of Dungeons & Dragons.
Yes finally. Regardless of what people said about the evilness of Targaryen as well as Valyrian Freehold as general, I’m still admired them based on their success and power.
I wonder if there are any practicing water mages in the current time of the series, or were they all lost in the wars with Valyria. It seems like a type of magic not fueled by blood like seemingly all other kinds of magic.
Only the Targeryens, Velaryons, Celtigars and the Rhoynar witnessed thousands of Balerions.....just knowing that is horrifying, truly makes me feel sorry for the Ghiscari 😅

I know George R.R. Martin drew a lot from history for his stories, (e.g. The Wall vs. Hadrian's Wall built by the Romans; down to the number of keeps/mile forts along them both,) so I can't help but wonder if he drew the Rhoynar's reluctance to band together and eventual cooperation from the Gallic Wars and the way that the Gauls united under Vercingetorix
The Thramas Crusade; the war led by The Lion and his Dark Angels against Konrad Curze and the Night Lords, should be the next lore video covered in future.

im very dissapointed with how this video regurgitated the maesters history of the Andals. they were not a peaceful people and andalos was not a peaceful place... they were apposed to valyrian religious tollerance which is why hey left
