would love to see you guys do a video entirely on fighting game controllers. stuff like pads, arcade sticks with different buttons, gates, and levers, hitbox, crossup, and a bunch of other stuff.
You guys should do an entire video on mice and mouse mods. You can cover things like aftermarket mouse feet, mouse weight reduction/switch replacements with experts like beardedb0b, and the 3d printed mice market with people like piranha mouse mods and cryomods
The Mouse is A4Tech branded, its actually one of the most common mice you can find in Computer shops in the Philippines, very lightweight, sturdy and reliable as heck and I think its 1000 dpi out of the box
I played CPL Winter 2001 with a MS Natural Keyboard - it had the professional tilted angle party built in there.. I had fatality sign it after he won the AvP Championship (the 1st price was a pimped out AvP Ford Focus) good times edit: I also cut into the side of my MS "laser" mouse the have better grip for lifting it and taped two mouse pads together.. since "giant" mouse pads weren't a thing yet back then ;)
People can be really weird but there is always a method to their madness and its always awesome to see them work it out so well, even beyond expectations when they smoke someone with what is supposedly the best META in that field.
Always looked forward to the guy who actually knows what he’s talking about to find out which vtuber would be featured and today I’m not disappointed. It’s the Pog man himself.
I don't use weird peripherals but I run a unique control setup for games. Instead of the normal KBM setup, where left click is shoot, space is jump, and you hold the right mouse button to aim. I have space set to shoot, left click set to jump, and right mouse for toggled aim.
I think you should’ve had Kariyu getting diamond Valorant, and sweating on Fortnite with a drawing tablet. it wasn’t pro play level, but it was cool to see if all you we’re going for were weird peripherals.
Another one to note are people who use regular peripherals in unusual ways. Rapha, a Quake and OW player puts his keyboard on his lap, turns his chair a little bit and with the monitor angled differently too.
I was able to use a steam controller with motion controls to get to rank one in a battle royale on PC called super Mecha championship. But I’ve done that on mobile as well because I wanted to master every input a gamer can use
Angelus ain't joking about how little the mouse was utilitized in FF11. Heck, that game is so keyboard focused, you must set up keyboard macros to maximize basic leveling.
I actually used my steering wheel playing valorant, normally I do racing sims, friends gave me the idea and I made it work, odin spray make this possible 😂
QWER for movement, r forward, e back q/w left/right strafe, when i first started playing half-life wasd hurt my hands and once i picked it up its been my default for over 20 years
Yo same i have e for primary, q for secondary and then scroll down for my knife, abilities on my mouse is especially helpful for jett dash and fast reactions lol
When I was a kid playing cs 1.6, I controlled movement with the arrow keys, jump was my right mouse button, and voice, and grenades we're on my mouse's side buttons. Took awhile, but I eventually changed to the standard wasd controls many years later lol
when i first played cs 1.6 i was like 9 years old and it was on my cousin's laptop, I also used the arrow buttons for movement with my left hand, and I used my right hand on the trackpad, it was super fun even though I only played bots since we didn't have easy internet access back then
Always had X for weapon swap between my last used weapons on any game i play because i feel its the easiest way to swich weapons, And in league (and any game that has abilities) i use my ult by pressing the mouse button. The reason being that i found it really frustrating early on when i played league from the start, to use my ulti and accidentaly move my mouse a bit before to miss a skillshot etc. So it made sense to me that presing a button on my mouse will make it more accurate. People say its the stupidest shit they ever heard. XD But its great to find even one or two keybinds that just "make sense" to you personally.
I had a hand injury a while ago and beat Half Life Opposing Force without dying using mouse with controller in left hand. I had a big awkward base I made to keep it from sliding around.
YO!!! Where's Basically Homeless? He played Siege with a pair of AirPods, a Wii remote, Donkey Bongos, and a fucking pineapple, yeah, a fucking pineapple
I bought an Azeron Compact which is a weird keyboard alternative. I like it but my old self can't fully get used to it so it sits in a drawer for a few months till I want to try it again then use it for a week and then back to classic MnK.
For Csgo my knife is my middle mouse button, my main weapon and bomb are my 2 thumb buttons on my mouse, my inspect is 3, and my crouch is C and my use button is F. Ive been told this is weird but I think this is pretty norm and makes the game easier for me.
I have very large hands, and when I say very large I mean it. I have a K95 keyboard and am able to cover the left side of it (with all the letters and so), except for the macro buttons and function keys, if I place my hand horizontally across it. Luckily my fingers are rather skinny so the keys don't have to be extra large. But this makes finding peripherals an absolute pain in the ass. Keyboards are usually fine, I just have to have my palm on the wrist rest instead of my wrist. But mouses are horrible. I bought a steelseries wow mouse when I was younger and that worked very well and has been the only mouse that has not caused my hand to cramp after a bit. This is probably in part because of me getting used to it over such a long time so the way I held it probably helped negate cramps. Recently however it started acting up and sadly they aren't made anymore. The best option I could find was a Corsair Scimitar. My hand does cramp up after a while even with it but it's the best one I've found.
Am right handed but The cross Hand was always me and my lil Bro's go to position when playing FIFA or fighting games. Didnt know it was Unique until I went to my first Lan and saw people playing Tekken. It blew my mind when I was a kid and I was wondering how do they play like that.. 😂
firstly, that wasnt a tkl that was a exploded 75 percent, secondly that wasnt a 65% that was a 60%, and wow the last one you got correct! it was a 60% but you legit showed 2 keyboards the same size and called one a 75% and one a 60% lmfao just thought i would point this out.
I am in NO part a competitive gaming but I wanted to talk about my unusual keyboard setup for gaming in shooters... I had an injury on my left hand and my pinky is fked so I make a 4 in my left hand with my thumb under my palm and the thumb pushes left shift and space bar, my three reminder fingers go into Q-W-E-R-A-S-D-Tab so yeah.
Wow this is an interesting video I wonder if it's possible to take certain aspects of a mouse on m&keyboard and certain aspects of a controller and combine them together
I always get comments on my binds in cs Primary is z Secondary is x Knife is t HE is c Moly is v Smoke and flash on mouse Cl_righthand 0 1 on 3 And then toxic spam binds on the numbers
Thank you so much for including me in this video!
What an awesome display of unique gamers!
Yay Demitri is here!
Good people
Ew
I think it's dimitri not demitri
Can’t even get the name right 😂
would love to see you guys do a video entirely on fighting game controllers. stuff like pads, arcade sticks with different buttons, gates, and levers, hitbox, crossup, and a bunch of other stuff.
Also musical keyboards

^^^ please do this
They just made it hahahahaha
Fun fact: eyyou from dota 2 used an office mouse to beat OG at Ti6 and also help won his team 500k in a big tournament
The Mouse is A4Tech branded, its actually one of the most common mice you can find in Computer shops in the Philippines, very lightweight, sturdy and reliable as heck and I think its 1000 dpi out of the box
Plus its like 150-200 Php (around 3-5 dollars)
Love seeing Angelus mentioned in here! This was a really interesting video, nicely done!

HELL YEAH MY BOY ANGELUS MADE IT! We play the same way from FFXI to FFXIV, dude has been a great influence in PvP and Deep Dungeon love the guy!
I had my day off today and the first thing i see is a Cracked ep with Vlad and Colt. So nice to see Lucy join the ep as well...
Dr. Robotnik is a Takodachi?
I'm surprised they didn't include the body pillow fight stick
The what now?
Wtf?
There is footage somewhere(can't remember where) but it's a body pillow with a waifu that you have to hug in order to optimally use the stick

while u were talking about the 14 player I was like "yeah this dude played 11" lol
from his split keyboard and wrist wrest configuration, i can tell that moth is a man of culture and sophistication
My first thought was Initial T and I’m so fucking happy he was the first person shown
Always looked forward to the guy who actually knows what he’s talking about to find out which vtuber would be featured and today I’m not disappointed. It’s the Pog man himself.
parallel shawn deserves some credit. he trickshots using fishing rod, dance dance revolution matte, and a wii controller.
Of course egg man is the guy who knows everything. Love the new movie btw! 🤩
my dad plays cross hand but hes right handed, he just always did
moth's mousepads foreshadowed his 2 owl trophies, great work by the scriptwriters

I see the luca kaneshiro stream back there.

Fighting games weird controllers: Tofu delivery is my second job

QWER for movement, r forward, e back q/w left/right strafe, when i first started playing half-life wasd hurt my hands and once i picked it up its been my default for over 20 years
In all the shooters have played, i dont use 1 and 2 in combat, ex csgo/valorant where 3 is pistol, mb3 or b is knife, q is primary and bomb is 2
I see this guy is part of the mafia as well, Nice to see boss appreciated

I feel like there was a missed opportunity to call these peripherals off-meta instead of weird.
Yo same i have e for primary, q for secondary and then scroll down for my knife, abilities on my mouse is especially helpful for jett dash and fast reactions lol
I have been part of extremely impassioned argument about M&K vs Gamepad vs HOTAS vs Twinstick in mech games

For CS and Valorant I use RMB to walk hahaha (that's Right Mouse Button, usually reserved for ADS [aiming down sights])
Try it, trust.

When you talked about speedrunning, I was expecting you to talk about some of the wacky ways people have done stuff like use multiple N64 controllers.
I have a friend who used to kick our asses in Duck Game using a HOTAS flight stick

Whats next? HOW GAMERS USE SEAT SETTINGS IN THEIR CARS TO DRIVVVEEEE, SO CRACKED.
That’s funny demitri said that about his cs go key binds. I use e for primary q for pistol and b for knife
When I first started on kbm 123 were hard for me to hit in a hurry to switch weapons
I play Valorant with knife and pistol on my mouse and rifle on T. Also my ability keys are V Q F Ctrl
