I hope for more stability / not such a packed tournament schedule for the top teams at least. Right now there are almost 3-4 top level matches any given day. It feels like Blast -> ESL pro league -> Dreamhack -> Flashpoint -> RMR events all within 5-6 months is insane. I think tournaments need to hold more weight and also decrease the frequency. However, since it's not organized by Valve, these 3rd party CSGO tournament organizers can't be expected to play nice to each other since they compete for viewership. Valve can mold it into something better than League of Legends (fuck tencent/riot) but choose not to. These are my opinions before the video.

Although i understand that the communication between the teams and the tourneys need to be better. The path for teams to choose their path to the grand slam. This also needs to be clear so the viewers can understand it. All sports that work well with viewership need to have clear paths. Right now all of the events do seem to not matter as much. At least to the viewers and this can lead to people loosing interest. I like the packed schedule i always have something to choose to watch. But this is all opinion and as for players if they want a break they need to work that out with their org.

How organisation can make money- * Get in alliance with huge Gaming sites & open your exclusive video content on their video player. Earn ad- revenue out of it. * Open Tik-Tok org accounts to showcase more about player's lives. * Organise 30-90 min podcast shows to allow audience to learn more about their players with a pay- wall. * Training sessions with pay wall. * Tell more to audience who wants to learn the Biz side. Like how an organisation aquires a new player, what's in the contract , how the bonus is structured, how to manage expense. There are people who would love to learn more. * Expand in APAC- why people still missing countries like Vietnam, Indonesia, India ? Huge reach and money here.

You're all wrong about EG. Pain, Furia and BIG are no must wins with so many changes within a short period of time. OBO played 29 maps and Michu 9.Throw me a bone here. Mouz lost like 15 out of their first 20 maps with Dexter within the first month before it got better. Pain won 49/19 within the last 3 months. EG are not done at all. They just need more time.

CSGO is fucked, thanks to Valve. Don't be surprised if Navi or Astralis or Heroic won't be there in Stockholm this October, because if RMR System is still like this, we're going to have a lot of fuck ups in different regions, just like Prof said at 1:20:00

Let me tell you this, if the teams suddenly get paid 10 million more every year, guess what will happen, they will spend 11 million, 12 million, 13 million every year. Just look at the LCS, C9 paid 11 million for 1 player in a region that has underperformed at almost every international tournament and is the worst major region. TL has spend several millions for players, coaches etc., these orgs don´t make money with the LCS. And these leagues have a higher viewership and can generate better sponsorships. The problem is not the system, the problem is the incompetence of the people involved in the system.

NA is just a fucking joke at this point, although iam not surprised because if americans cant compete in a sport anymore, they just found a new one. after tyson and holyfield the us didnt have a great heavyweight boxer anymore, so you got the ufc. you are not able to compete in cs, go to valorant.
